#40richard, whats it take for you to respond to my emails? even an "i dont know" or a negative answer would do. last time i started a thread and you questioned me putting it on the forums. thats fine. but you have responded on this thread multiple times yesterday and today. yet my multiple emails yesterday and today have gone unanswered. i know its not a pressing issue, i just want you to tell me how i will be getting the reaminder of my balance. i know its peanuts to you guys but its real money to me and i just want to know what is flying.Comment -

#46Im not sure what is going on over there but something is just not right. I have been a long time supporter of BP and actually just made a deposit with them today. But it may be my last one if Richard or someone else over there doesnt rectify the blackjack situation in my other thread. I created that thread 4 days ago and that issue should have taken all fo 5 minutes to solve, not 4 days. they just seem to be having way too many issues latelyComment -

#49Never had a problem with Betphoenix. Pays as fast as anyone in the business. Not only that, I can get straight-cash homey (per Randy Moss) with their check payout system. No 10 day holds or fear of the UIGEA getting in the way. Definitely an alarmist thread, way overblown IMO. What a thankless job it must be responding to some of these posts. Save it for the books that really deserve it.Comment -

#52Thread topic is incorrect. Be more specific in the future. When's the last time you ever believed a CSR anyway from banking to credit cards to telephone customer service at a store. As Climate said, save it for real issues, not misunderstandings and yet you still haven't changed the thread topic, very sad and poor management of your thread OP.
You made a request yesterday if I'm not mistaken. It's been 1 day.Comment -

#55I hate to say it but I believe Thremp. I have been told by a chat rep before that they do not take ******** when I have used it before. They sometimes do not know what they are talking about, I don't think the guy is lying. I have only had 1 payout from this company and it was done same day with no problem. I think that was because the payout stemmed from money made through Beat the Prick so they tried to be impressive but I could be wrong. I like the book, but I read way too many bad posts about this book.Comment -

#56They have paid fine. Note that the poster BP has completely ignored the actual problem reported- that a CS gave bad information on a trivial request, and that the bad information would have cost him a free payout.Comment -

#57I have no problem believing Thremp's original post. None at all. I have been with BetPhoenix since August, and I find them to be a very efficient and very "fresh" sportbook, for lack of a better word.
However, when it comes to what their CS department says, and what the "higher ups" say on this Board, the responses are in such contrast that they may as well be communicating to each other from different planets.....In different galaxies.Comment -

#59Slow your roll fellas. BetPhoenix is the best in the biz at payouts. Every now and then they have a few issues with employees but who doesnt? I just fired my helper. Oh by the way I also let all my customers know that I would be closed Jan 1 too and I bet my life I will lose no business over it. At least not business from people worth doing business with. Keep up the good work Richard and fellas just chalk this one up to a clerk giving out wrong info. Its OK and probably will happen at every book at some time or another. Happy New Year,BET THE HOOKComment -

#64I am also extremely annoyed at BP's continual efforts to frame this like I'm some sort of sensationalist who is our to damage the name of their book. Obv there is a finite word limit to thread titles and I can't put my entire body there. Something far more sensationalist would have been "BP SLOW PAY" "BP TEHFT" BP LIEZ!!!!!11!one" Instead of repeating exactly what I was told by their CS representative. The core issue boils down to the fact that they apparently have no continuity within their book from the management to CS levels, this results in things like this happening. (My payout will also be delayed by >2 days)
All, this "waving the white flag" crap is asinine. I'm not waging a jihad. When a major sportsbook decides to close their payouts for multiple days with no warning, it is thread worthy. Clearly this was just a person in CS who is laughably incompetent, since payouts are being paid.
BP has also cleverly avoided any mention that this information came directly from their own representatives. My idea of what should happen is: 1) an admission that they fked up 2) a claim that they will have better continuity on this.Comment -

#69Ya std BP CS saying random things about withdrawals.
Sometimes they charged me for a cashout - sometimes not, sometimes multiple requested permitted per week sometimes not.
Seems like they need to better communicate the cashout rules to their CS and this is just a more extreme example of what their problem is.Comment -

And clearly from your posts you do not fully analyze statements or do more research before posting. I hope you didn't pay for that education.Comment
