Moneybookers Payout Delays

Moneybookers (and paypal) sucks.. Just stay away..

I used Moneybookers for receiving money but if you receive money from different people often, MB may think your account is suspicious and they can suspend your account without any reason. I was able to get my money back (after a couple of "Diplomatic" mails!) but use MB again? Never!

Went through the same thing Skalatharx, as you know from your comment in the similar thread I started.

If you haven't already, call Moneybookers directly and give them all the details. They had started to do a trace on the wire for me, though this was going to take up to a week. However, the next day the funds were finally credited to my bank and all was well.

I'm wondering if it has anything to do at with the recieving bank (Mine was TDCanadaTrust).

how about a moneybookers debit card where you can withdraw directly to the card it
shouldnt take long to credit the funds

that is so stupid , they are in the transfer business, and they know people use them for gambling, these financial institutions are so insane, the people who move illegal money probably use suitcases not moneybookers and paypal

I am contacting them now to see what the hell is the delay, this is day 10 now. It will definatley be the last time I use moneybookers. We shouldn't need to sweat these guys for a payout. sportsbooks are hard enough. I will let you guys know what happens

I submitted a complaint yesterday and still no reply. I realy don't want to make an international phone call, but will soon if the delay keeps up.

Never had any issues and would have recommended them to others. Anyone see the Moneybookers issue on the front page of SBR? Moneybookers refunded funds to a sportsbook from the players account???

Finally got a reply from them, this is what they said

Further to your email, we would like to inform you that the reported withdrawal transaction is now in progress.

Please note that your transfer was delayed due to occurred technical difficulties with our correspondent bank. However, the previous is now resolved and your funds would be credited at your bank in the following three business days.

it does seems there are a handful that don't

but most of us know they are the best in the business - in fact I rate them the most professional and efficient operation I've come across in all my gambling related business dealings

I've never had any problems with them, always got my withdrawals within two business days and their customer service was excellent when I had an issue which BetFair couldn't provide a solution for, MB did.

I just tried to deposit money at the greek using moneybookers and it was denied. Moneybookers said they don't deposit US customers into gambling sites.

echecking deposit didn't work, either. Any ideas on deposit methods I could use?

this is intriguing. you had problem w/ betfair? i always regarded them as problem-free establishment.

it only related to the means of withdrawing to my Moneybookers account after having to change email address at Betfair due to changing the currency of my account

my only criticism of Betfair is their failure to give me the simple advice which resolved the issue for me which Moneybookers did

Betfair is clearly the "book" I would chose if I could have only one

i was robbed by mb twice with 150eur repair fee and account closed just because i sent money to other people mb .

Like Betfair, MB is operating in a highly regulated environment and will not tolerate illegal activity and those who attempt to break their rules. They protect their reputation for integrity at all costs. And this makes them both very safe establishments with which to deal.

I and numerous friends and aquaintances have been dealing with them both for years and never suffered any of this sort of issue which is posted here from time to time.

as post-gambling career, you should perhaps consider diplomacy. you managed to say "bonus harvesting punk got busted" in a very nice way.
