    partybets.com or 10bet.com --- which is better?

    Need expert experience...

    Which is a better book:
    1. Pay-outs
    2. Transparency
    3. Honesty
    4. Financial backing (for security)
    5. Customer Service
    6. Odds

    Thanks again.

not sure about partybets but I was paid today within 3 hours 11.000 US$ to moneybookers by 10bet. I think there are many threads about 10bet already outthere you might wanna do a search. However, if you plan to use 10bet for online scalping I highly recommend that you think about that twice. Otherwise I never had a problem with them.

So far, the customer service support of partybets.com is excellent in the sense that you get actual "non-automated" replies thru email within just a few hours.

How new are they? I believe they belong to the large "Party" brand. But I thought the Party brand already had gamebookers as their sportsbook arm... or most likely, they just got the technology of gamebookers for partybets.

Only used 10bet once and that was last year wasn't too impressed with all of above really.
Just done partybets using the code for the $100 bonus.

    1. Pay-outs - Never done payout as won at betfair.
    2. Transparency - Not sure what you mean
    3. Honesty - seemed honest enough to me explaining the new offer was now instant etc
    4. Financial backing (for security) - dunno
    5. Customer Service excellent
    6. Odds - GOOD they are doing 100% books on certain events so theres even an arb or 2 to be found with betfair.

Overall impression of partybets is sound, apart from the ID verification, you need to send in ID and they HAVE to speak to you on the number you reg'd with, if you do that just after you sign up there wont be any hold ups with withdawing etc

Opened with partybets and so far I like them.

It wasn't that much of a hassle to call them up and then they call you to verify and then you have to send your identification documents etc. Once that is done it is smooth sailing.

Funded my account with moneybookers. They have a wide selection as compared to Ladbrokes and Expekt. Haven't tried any payouts yet.

    I'd go for partybets

I cannot believe 10bet has a B- rating after all those complaints regarding their void action of live bets

If you enjoy getting -118 on both sides for soccer you'll love Party. I have an account there and they paid me out 2K yesterday in about 4 hours. I've never had a problem with them. Their CS sucks as it is shipped off to India I believe and everyone has to check with their supervisor.

One thing to note if you bet $100 there at -118 your are risking $100 not $118 like most over sites. Everything is converted from decimal odds so you never get the exact odds your quoted. If they show odds of -111 decimal will be 1.9 so that's what they use for payouts. (which is -111.11)

The correct question would be : which is the worse?

I tend to agree with both RickySteve and TeddyKGB comments on these two books.

For starters... Both 10Bet and partybets customer service departments are not exactly the best out there. They both will screw around when it comes to bonuses, and not to mention will cancel your wagers and often show you the door when it benefits them regardless if it's right or wrong.

Being that I'm a has-been poker player, I can safely say I'd trust partybets with every dime to my name, my house, etc. Their lines aren't much good, but I've never had anything reversed, although I've heard of them doing it to obvious errors.

I'm not questioning the safety of Partybets at all, because their CEO just increased his share holding in the company recently.

Here is the story on that if anyone wants to read it.
