just so you all know. i think this is a new rule at betpho. they are capping the winnings you can recieve from freeplays. just got a 50 dollar free play. new rule............ 8x roll over with a 150 dollar max payout on free play

That cant possibly hold true if you receive a bigger freeplay like 200 or 300.

Actually my opinion is the opposite. IMO they keep getting bigger, adding more brands (Betmania) and seem to offer the best customer service in the industry.

they are growing and customer service is great. on the other hand a 50 free play with 8x roll over and 150 max pay out is idiotic

Moe is pretty good...he was actually trained by us in the past. Sportbet is however much more conservative than we are when it comes to taking limit bets.

Anytime free money (a no deposit bonus) is handed out we put withdrawal restrictions. It provides a player a solid look at our system, but without overt risk taking factors involved.

You don't have that restriction on sbr points, there is no max from this site for points. There is a max from promotions we do in mass.

I signed up for the -105 lines. I didn´t take any bonus.
Now some time later, i was switched back to -110 lines (!!!) + a delay + limits of max $1k.
Most stuff i did bet was on major Sports like the NBA or Football, already *with* a ~15 sec delay as i had that from approx. day 2 on, and their line manger *still* sucked enough to fear the decent numbers i got and put me on -110 lines.

They come around generous and friendly here on the forum, tossing around fairy tales like all action is welcomed, but that is so far from the truth that it isn´t even funny.

Feel free to prove me wrong Richard by fixing this mess, but i bet you can't...

Richard...you are building yourself a great A+ book that keeps getting better every day that i really enjoy playing at. Just a piece of advice if i may... I wouldnt associate yourself with Moe the Crook. It can only hurt your books reputation.

On a side note...keep up the good work!!!

I think the 50.00 150.00 max cashout is a free 50.00 promo to test their software and the book. This must be a no deposit free play.

Ok...despite of what some people may think here, iam a fair guy so here is the update:
RJ worked something out and put me back to -105.

Iam still not happy about them claiming i chase steam, when i had a 15+ seconds delay that is hardly doable vs. a linesmaker who is worth half his money, so we will see how this continues.
But it's some progress, and at least they have someone here you can talk to.

Is it true that BetPhoenix allows reload bonus to persons who loses? theoretically, a person who win and successfully make a withdrawal is not eligible for reload bonus until 30 days of the withdrawal. Is this all true?

lol @ one-upping sportbet as if the associated comparative advantage gives any credence to overall reputation of a book, why not compare oneself to betroyal next?

There's no max win on your $200 FP. The cap is only for the $50 contest
