It also says that when you go to cashier and withdraw. It said that when i made a transaction in August. Too bad it took 62 business days to finally receive the check.

The check that i requested took a month to come but it cashed no problem. I have also just recieved a neteller payment and that took two weeks, although some people have been reporting these being processed in just a few days. I would agree things have improved - what a relief! They reply to all my emails now and live chat is much more productive too.

^ agreed,most of the live support are getting the job done, there are still a couple of ladies on Live support who seems to do as they're told, and are not so helpful or doesnt know any better.Keep telling me i have to use the check option when i requested moneybooker.I recieved 3 MB in the last week, all within 3days of requesting, had to follow up the day after requesting though. Or else they never process it, if you dont nudge them
