    Bookmaker Re-Load Bonus Switcharoo
Bookmaker sends a mailer that offered 25% re-load bonus with 5x rollover. I called to confirm that this was indeed a bonus that would be added to my account balance. The cs gentleman says yes and that he would add the bonus funds to my account balance immediatlely upon receiving my deposit, and it was mine to keep once I accomplished the 5x rollover requirement.

Well, I call a few days later(today) to get the sending info, and the cs lady says this is a "free play". I said what? Yes, "bonus means free play", she said.

Has anyone got a bonus from Bookmaker that was not a free play but a bonus dollar amount added to your account?

It has always been a free play st Bookmaker, but I have been duped on a couple of occasions when their 'sales' team calls me and offers a bonus, then I make the deposit, and their CS refuses to grant me the agreed bonus. And just to clarify, it isn't an 'eligibility issue' -- it is just an outright lie or miscommunication -- sales says they will give me a 25% freeplay, a couple of pool squares and a BJ tourney entry, then CS says I can only have 10%, and has no idea about any free squares or BJ tourney. It has happen twice to me there, and I refuse to make another deposit there until they make it right. This was over the course of the last two years, not recently.

I don't believe it is intentional, I just believe they are incompetent.

But if you win bets with your Freeplay money, then you keep the winnings right? Or do you have to rollover the freeplay money 5xs, until it's Real Money into your account?

What the hell is Freeplay basically?

yeah the deposit is the rollover so you can;t get your money out until you hit that rollover. Kind of a scam if you ask me.

the value of freeplay bonus is approximately half of a cash bonus - i.e. 20% freeplay bonus is equivalent to approximately 10% cash bonus... hard to get used to it but I made the habit of verifying on the chatline (always keep copy of trascript) whether a bonus is cash or FP.
