They wanted me to obtain a bank statement-I told them I only do online banking. They told me how to produce the necessary documents to get the transaction fees back but then told me I did it wrong.
RUDE OBNOXIOUS UNCARING. They lost me as a customer over $6.05.

They hit you really hard on payouts and they are very slow on getting you the payout. I stopped using them.

Played with them for a few months in early 2006. Signed up against my better judgement, but felt I could afford to take a risk at the time. Cashed out $10,000 via Neteller over that period, and must admit I was on pins and needles every time wondering if there would be "unforseen circumstances", but this was never the case as each time I was paid promptly.

Positve experience overall. Like Durito noted, they have a ton of options. Have always pondered returning, but the multitude of horror stories over the years is simply too tough to ignore.

They seemed to have improved a ton recently. No payout complaints for a couple years. That and Justin7 seems to have good relationship with management which is always nice in case of an issue. I much more worried about my balances a couple other places than there right now.

Will see what happens when I try to cash out though as I've tripled a decent sized deposit in a month. I'm waiting for the "soccer doesn't count towards rollover"

I've been with them several years. I'm a small time bettor but have gotten 2 payouts from them. They're not fast/fast (about 7 days) but they did pay.
$ 50.oo payout check fee is steep I'll admit that.

I'm impressed with their upgrade in customer service over the past year, there was a time you couldn't understand anybody you talked to, that doesn't seem to be the case now.

I could never put my finger on why SBR has such hatred for this book, especially with all the horror stories about other books I've read on here,, but everyone is entitled to their opinion

I'm sure there are 100 reasons on both sides of the argument here, all I know is I haven't had any issue with them in almost 4 years

First time i used them everything was great for my first payout. Then they start giving me the run around. I was paid twice fast only and the rest was a run around with lies about I will get my payout tomorrow or so. Took like a month or a month and a half on some payout. I did 8 payouts 2 out of 8 is not a good percent of getting fast payout.

I wonder if it takes them that long to pay their models the same way they pay us. I am referring to the calender models. They don't even give 1 month of free payout.
