    There is 0 reason if true this guy had losers graded losses and winners voided. We need the whole story. WTF has happened to Heritage? Gabe is an asshole but this is getting crazy.

      Yes. Thanks. I won a bunch of money and than they decide to start voiding winning bets and grading losing bets. I should have won about $4K. I gave Heritage Insider my account number on this forum and private messaged him and he has not even responded as of yet. Heritage is not a good book and should be on the “No Play” alerts.

        I have been a long time customer of Heritage Sportsbook(>10 years). Generally speaking, I have had no issues, and their customer service usually resolves any issues to my satisfaction. Most importantly, I have NEVER had an issue getting paid. That is, until today. I made a withdrawal request this morning for $150. When I logged back in a bit later, I noticed that the money had been returned to my account. I immediately contacted customer service to find out what the issue was. I was informed that my withdrawal was cancelled because of a new policy they were implementing. They indicated that they would be refunding credit card/debit card purchases before processing payouts to Bitcoin/alt coins. As I was chatting, I saw $350 come out of my account. The decision to unilaterally process a withdrawal that I had not approved was bothersome enough, but it also did not give me the opportunity to inform them that the debit card I had been using was recently hacked and had to be replaced. When I informed them that my existing card was not valid and that the transactions would need to be cancelled, they told me that "this was management's decision, and it could not be undone". Furthermore, they said the refund process could take up to 6 weeks, and that they would only review my situation after that time period. I am furious beyond belief, and I will never send another dime to them. IMO, this is an indicator that they are not doing well financially. Maybe I'm wrong? Overreacting? Thoughts?

          I do not know any reason a bookmaker has to force you to take payouts back to a debit card account.

          I know this is done with cred cards, so they can avoid the possibility of a chargback after payment.

          Six weeks to help you out with a TX they now know will not be completed is a rude slap in the face.

          "Management Decision, that we don't care", again from them.

          You can try PMing poster Heritage Insider and check if he cares a bit more than Heritage "management" about looking after you...

                HERITAGE SPORTS JUST STOLE MY MONEY & SHUT DOWN MY ACCOUNT!




                I was referred a year ago and have never processed a withdrawal or even tried to!




                out of nowhere the other day I tried to login and my account was suspended. I called and they asked for drivers license and utility bill. No problem. I sent it in right away. I followed up on it each day for 3 days.




                tonight I was told the documents do not match! I asked what didn’t match as everything clearly does. I sent my drivers license with address I’ve been at for 15+ years along with a statement from our insurance company AllState dated July 2025 that has my same legal name and address on it!




                Literally everything was legit. I’m a high school softball coach. I’m married with kids.




                I asked what didn’t match and they said they couldn’t tell me and shut down my account and stole my money. Funny thing is it was about $100. ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND THEY PULL THIS SHIT. I’ve never even attempted a withdrawal either and submitted legit documents!




                I just tried to email customerservice@heritagesports.eu from 3 different emails and the email came back everytime

                undeliverable! Is this place going out of business or what’s going on?!




                I AM FURIOUS AND A MAN OF PRINCIPAL! I WILL MAKE IT MY LIFE

                MISSION TO INFORM EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM HERITAGE SPORTS! Most people on here have stupid complaints and are at fault themselves. This isn’t a case like that. Everything is legit! How can they shut down account and steal money and LIE & say it doesn’t match up!!! This is wild! Can anyone help me? DO NOT USE HERITAGE SPORTS OFFSHORE EVER! Love some help in getting this resolved. This is complete BS!!!

                    Rthomas, I'm sorry to hear about your issue. SBR is always very helpful when it comes to issues like this. Unfortunately, I don't think Heritage Insider is going to be much help, as another poster and I both were advised to PM him/her. Neither one of us has received any sort of correspondence.

                    I'll stick with my theory that the book is having severe financial problems, and is now looking to avoid paying at any cost. It's a shame, because they were a very solid book for a long time.

                      Been a long time member mostly just reading some of the topics and taking in info as needed. But I will chime in as it seems most are starting to have doubts with Heritage. I have been with them for probably close to 17 years as it was invite only for a while back then. I have lost a lot and have also gone on streaks of some decent hits. I will say I have never had an issue with being paid. I do agree that management has changed and gone through transitions but I could care less about customer service and how I feel I’m being treated as long as I’m paid. Customer service definitely used to be more friendly but again you have to ask yourself is it worth getting hung up on as long as you are being paid. Transparency and a solid run of consistent payouts when requested has kept me as a customer regardless of the changes over the years! Until they come up short on a payout I have nothing negative to discuss and just wanted to reassure those out there. I’m not downplaying any of the recent negative comments as we all have our own story but I am strictly speaking on my part.

                        What motivated you to suddenly make a post just to talk up this book who is now proven to act disgracefully and scammy to too many people?

                        Have you been paid or coerced to come in here and spit in the faces of those above you trying to pressure Heritage into addressing their problems?

                        Heritage does not treat customers fairly any longer. Pointless shill posts about them designed to undermine players with valid complaints are not welcome on SBR any longer. Take your "I don't care about customer service" and if others get ignored with valid concerns line to one of the forums they sponsor and censor dissent. This thread is one of the only places these mistreated customers can air their valid grievances without shills like you coming at them instead of the book.
