All Heritage, Wagerweb and Bet105 Issues

Heritage not letting me withdraw 600 and keep spamming me with doing the customer validation. But there are four green checks under the customer validation and they continue to decline my payouts.

Ive only played at Heritage once and I lost, I have no idea if they would have paid me if I won, sounds like I probably would have been paid if I won based off what I read here, it was years ago.

The problem is probably isn't good enough. It seems they pay most players but many people have reported theft and shady activity, and Optional who is a reputable SBR Mod is getting fed up with them as well, clearly in his posts.

You have to maintain 100% reliability as a sportsbook, 99% is not good enough. 99% is F.

For a very long time they would promptly address any legit player problems. They cared about being seen to be fair. And would even err on the player side where there was doubt.

Over the last year or two that has turned around 180 degrees. We regularly see reports from players not being fairly treated and brushed off if they even ask about it nicely. Or abused if they complain.

Yes, this is my line of demarcation. They've always paid me in a prompt manner.

As for: Who they decide to take action from? That's their prerogative. I can't comment on other issues where I don't have first-hand knowledge.

I echo this. My payout history has been solid. Going way back, Heritage had a great track record on Reputation.

This is huge IMHO. If the book is paying out, have to tip my hat. As long as they're doing that, it's all good.

I was a big player at this shop for years and was paid every penny but what is happening now is warning sign after warning sign. When did you ever see any complaints about Heritage over the years? Are they folding up shop? Ran up some parlaya to 8k. Longtime player and now my payout is reduced to 2000 and currently pending since Friday before the 10am cutoff. Customer service "Maria" said not only are my limits now at $10, useless, payouts are 48 Business hours for approval and another 24-48 hours for payment.

It's obviously unplayable now but will they pay? At this point I'm hoping to at least just get one payout...

Back in 2016, I miss the world cup 1k parlays I cooked up and how they paid out 3k a day like clockwork within hours ��

Mike, payouts have been at $1,000 on Saturdays and Sundays for a long time now, sometimes if you send an email to QA department they’ll double that amount on weekends

Created an account to say that I used Heritage for years, lost a ton of money legitimately with them. Then they cancelled a UFC wager mid match, no email, no notification at all. The ticket was live when the fight kicked off.

I went to check the wager after it won and it was nowhere to be found. I contacted support and they informed me that there was apparently an error with the odds, so they cancelled it after the fight had started. Didn't honor the bet at all.

I placed this bet 3-4 days before the fight, and granted the odds had shifted quite a bit, and those were the odds at the time I placed the wager.

I stopped using them after this. Cost me around $2,000.

Something has definitely changed in the last year at Heritage. Not sure if it's the rise of legal sportsbook wagering in the US that has eatin into their profits and they have cut back or hired lower quality staff as a result? I've had wagers go ungraded for more than 48 hours after completion, incorrect graded wagers, and less perks than in the past.

I’ve also had times when they made a mistake with a line due to a score correction, and I placed bets that had already lost and they say “sorry we can’t cancel live wagers”. They are clearly taking advantage of all there players.
