#74Yeah got an email stating there was “strong evidence of multi-accounting. Which is a crock of shit. I have accounts on Mybookie and MYB and was told before signing up having both was permitted, Mind you I have been on the site for a pretty long time and always supplied documents when asked. I continue to ask for this “Evidence” but of course nothing exists! Smh Ive pulled money off frequently for the last year but I finally got to the point I started hitting a ton in the last month and was hardly spending any money. Shame on me for trusting this site. I enjoy slots and sports betting but have since decided to stick to the local sites. I’ve pretty much concluded I’m never seeing that money. But will try my best to warn others to stay away.Comment -

#76Mybookie.ag stealing 45k from me
Mybookie.ag just disabled my account for security reasons. I have sent all the documents to verify myself BEFORE ever requesting a payout. I got an email saying my documents were approved but then the next day they disable my account and won’t tell me why. They do this to everyone and now I am out over 45k.Comment -

Send in the id. What's the big deal? It will speed everything up and it shows you are credible. We are talking potentially thousands of dollars. Do you not show ID when you purchase anything in person? You can fly either fly down to Costa Rica and show your ID in person or just grab your wallet, take a pic of your id, maybe comb your hair, take a selfie and you send it. Boom. How long does that take? A minute? Two? One time and you are good forever in most cases. It's not like back in 2007 where you had to drive to Kinkos and photocopy all that and fax it over. Ya, a bit of a pain in the butt. Then came the smartphone. Woo hoo!Comment -

He is not talking about sending photo is a big hassel.
He is talking about sending photo to the book when book didn't even ask for it might raised the flag.
Optional has a valid point as books might think its suspicious, abnormal behavior.Comment -

However, I was assuming when Opti said "before being asked", that meant the book would eventually be asking depending on the deposit method. In that case, sending ID before requesting a payout won't make the book "suspicious" or "make them look more closely at your account". Not in my experience. It just means you are proactive and when you win, you want to get paid asap. Seems reasonable to me. It's also very likely you either read the rules or a CS agent explained them to you at sometime.Comment -

#84Nearly all books will require ID verification prior to your first payout, so I don't see anything suspicious about sending it over ahead of time. Obviously it was the 45k the OP had in his account that MyBookie took issue with--too much to have in an iffy book.Comment -

But I bet he would be more likely to be paid out had he not asked to be IDed. As he would be less likely to be scrutinized as hard by someone who immediately has their radar on alert from the start of the check..Comment -

#103Stay Away from Mybookie!!!!!!!
I recently made a deposit of 240 and ran it up to 3k over last week. I then took out a deposit of $1400. It was my first withdrawal. No I didn’t take any bonus bets because I’ve read the stories. When I made my request they said I had a rollover. I called and then they said it’s been removed because I didn’t choose a match deposit bonus. After that they asked for ID which of course is normal protocol for books. I sent it over. Of course the go to response is it’s blurry. So ok I send over another picture and it was perfectly clear and they responded with its blurry take another one. Also they wanted me to add a utility bill. I did all thee above and even called and talked to a manager. They are thieves! Big time thieves! I don’t how they are still in business. I’m gonna get them back. I’m sharp and I have like 5 people signed up with them and my plan is to run it all the way up. We will make thousands and then get the payout. Once the payout is is finished I will then tell them to dispute every charge they made. Never deposit with crypto bitcoin with them. If you win they will not pay out. It’s disgusting they get away with this. They will go down. Enough is enough already. I’d advise to never play with them again.Comment -
