Well I mean if Stephon Allstar says you sound weird, it's worth investigating. You might actually sound weird, or worse yet, be weird. I can't speak to Stephon Allstar's intuitive faculties but he has a net worth of 230K so it's not like he's just whistlin' dixie here. He's currently being stonewalled by one of the giants in the offshore industry.

It sounds like they are chasing people using purchased accounts or gnoming. Wait and see what feedback the OP gets.

There are 5+ threads on the other forum. Seems to be isolated to relatively new accounts. Multi-week delays with KYC verification, delays with payout approvals.

Appears to be some movement though. One person "stuck" in the KYC queue was paid yesterday, about 20k crypto. That still leaves 3-4 people with similar stories & delays.

How long ago did you open the account? And what reason did they give you for disabling it?

Hopefully it gets worked out. Then if you decide to stick w/em you should definitely ask Cust Svce supervisor to provide you with some type of make right incentive (free play $, funds match) for your troubles!

    Bookmaker.eu - KYC ignoring me

Hey guys, I was wondering if I could get some advice on how to handle a recent situation with bookmaker.eu.
I signed up to bookmaker, deposited $300 USD via bitcoin and when I went to place my first bet - I am not able to do that. My account is under investigation and that it will be disabled until the investigation is completed. OKay...

so I went on live-chat to ask.

They asked for a selfie - I sent straight away
They then asked for me to read the MLB scores from last night - I sent straight away.
    I'm waiting from May 24th...
It's now been another week of no replies to my emails
Live chats is helpful until I tell them the situation and they look up my account. Then they are very robotic with their responses and offer nothing useful in terms of an update or anything.

Unless I understand that the problem is genuine I can't help. I've asked a question three times and not gotten a proper answer so can't know that.

You'll just have to keep at Bookmaker to return your deposit yourself I guess.

Sorry, I think we are not understanding each other.

When you say you remembered an unresolved problem, does that mean you have used Bookmaker in the past and had a different problem then?
