Jazz has no money? so now the only recourse is to out all the people involved and let people who got ripped off to take the law in there own hands. They owe way more than any of you no. I wouldn't want that on my head Hank, especially to a few ppl they owe. Bang Bang. These ppl don't post on forums. They take actionLast edited by 2Sweeet; 05-14-25, 09:22 PM.👍 1Leave a comment:

IMPORTANT: take 2 minutes and send an email to Curacao Gaming Authority (the governmental body that issues online gaming licenses in Curacao, which is what Jazz/Looselines uses to operate these websites).
info@cga.cw, egl-applications@gcb.cw, charity-events@cga.cw, (CC: all of these)
Copy & paste (add more if you want):I am writing to inform you of the thefts being committed by Jazz Business Solutions B.V. ("Jazz"), a company that is licensed by Curacao Gaming Control Board under license number OGL/2024/400/0824.
Jazz is stealing money from its players, and closing player accounts without any justification. Jazz is also violating other regulations and requirements for B2C license, including targeting vulnerable players; failing to display license information on its websites; and changing terms and conditions without notice to its player
It is my understanding that Jazz' provisional license is valid through June 28, 2025.
PLEASE DO NOT ISSUE A NEW LICENSE TO JAZZ.
The only real way is to get a lawyer there to start a case but there have been very few successful cases. Majority of the time a successful case is just the court determining the company bankrupt which in reality does nothing.
Our most realistic hope is for Jazz to have a change of heart and start paying players again. Ruining their reputation online is probably the only real hope of them doing that but even then it is pretty slim.👍 1Leave a comment:

these guys are using corporate structuring to shield themselves. the company named in the T&C's "jazz business solutions" is registered in curacao. they also have a gaming license from curacao. but they are physically located in costa rica.Leave a comment:

I'm also waiting on this call. One thing OSGA should do is take down the ratings of 9.5 on these scum bag thieves on there site as they wait for them to tell them a line of bs why they robbed 100's of thousands off innocent ppl. Shits about to hit the fan Jazz.Leave a comment:

Has anyone gotten paid on Jazz or looselines recently? I accidentally deposited on looselines before I saw any of this and I’m waiting on a payout.Leave a comment:

I had the same issue but I can't remember what field I changed. Might be like having to enter a zip code or entering something into one of the none required fields.
I got a 2nd response from them saying they have another scheduled call with Jazz later this week. They also said that Jazz have been slow to respond and have only provided info about 2 cases which were poor responses concealing a lot of info.Leave a comment:

I filled out the OSGA however it wont let me lodge.
(Even though all fields are selected)
I also note it appears to be a USA centric form as all states were USA states that could be chosen.
any progress from other peeps out there ?Leave a comment:

I have an account at jazz and loose lines. I completed my rollover at loose lines a little over a month ago for a little over 15k. I have been withdrawing 2,500 a week for the last month, but I was cut to $1,000 last week. I have a little over 5k to go. I have not had any issues with delays on requests and customer service has been responsive. I will continue to play with them until I have issues.Leave a comment:

I received essentially the identical response. Sounds like they are being bombarded with complaints.Leave a comment:

For those that have sent a complaint through to OSGA, check your spam folder. I got the following response from them.
"We are sorry to hear of this problem at Looselines. We have had an unprecedented amount of complaints sent in on this operation.
Looselines has been around as long as anyone and prior to this past week, we have gotten very few complaints on them. Hopefully, we can assist you here.
We sent you complaint down to Looselines today. They are responding to our inquires, albeit a bit slowly. We will reach back out to you ASAP once we get something meaningful back from Looselines. Though these issues are front and center for us now that they have been brought to our attention, if you haven’t heard back from us towards the end of the week, feel free to reach back out for an update."Leave a comment:

Have any of you spoken to a lawyer in Costa Rica? The first step would be file a lawsuit in Costa Rica and figure out who's running the show.Leave a comment:

A bunch must have gotten lost, even if you only count the ones from here who have said they submitted.
@all affected users, please submit your report to OSGA if you have not already.Leave a comment:

We have recently been in contact with the GM at Jazz/LooseLines.
We are working on the one complaint that we have, now that we are in contact with someone who can make decisions.
Do you have a problem with Loose Lines and/or Jazz that we can assist with?
Jim

I just filed a compliant with the OSGA regarding this.
FWIW, however, they still had positive reviews on JazzSports and Looselines and no listing for either of these in the "Bad Bet Alert" section. So I am not holding my breath.
Great!
Even if it feels a bit pointless, the more complaints in there the sooner they will put pressure on. And sponsored sites like them are the best people to pressure Jazz.
Please let us know if anything happens.

Well, I tried to contact Looselines about them shutting down my account and stealing my $12.5K balance.
- I first tried emailing the customer service email, but that has been shut down.
- I then, over chat, was provided an email for a "supervisor." Received no response to it.
- I then chatted with them today. They refused to say anything other than "Management has the discretion to close accounts." I tried to get them to at least provide some rationale behind the action (like a violation of the T&C), but they wouldn't say a word.
Finally, when I pressed to speak with a supervisor, all the rep did was say "Have a nice day" and close the conversation.
I completely understand any business choosing to not do future business with any specific customer. However, the balls on these crooks to steal the account balances of winning players.
With God as my witness, I hope these people rot in hell for this.

I've heard many concerns regarding Jazzsports.ag, Looselines, ABCislands, and Betodds. Reports are suggesting that these sites may not be trustworthy, and it's wise to do thorough research before committing any funds.👍 1Leave a comment:

this is what they told me as I was waiting for my first ever payout. There was 20k removed from my balance and they left only my initial deposit in account. I received only 1k payment so far. And was told to check back at the end of the month for when I could get more. Lol. Straight crooks
Pathetic.Leave a comment:

Whatever they say their problem is with the people they had running this show before them, they need to be blacklisted at every ratings site due to these thefts and lack of justification.
Changing thread title to SCAM WARNING.
Please make sure readers here try to let other players know the truth and help others not get tricked by the lie and shill for sponsor sites of this industry,

Chatted with Looselines today, posing as a prospective new account. They totally downplayed the notion that players weren't getting paid, saying that "people complain about every business." What total scumbags. Hope they rot in hell.👍 1Leave a comment:
