I won about $9,000 and they said there was an error with limits so they ended up only paying me about $6,300. Better than a lot of people I guess but still got screwed out of $2,700.

Right. Minus the processing fee of 25. Lol

Wow, won't even give back 3k of your own money after taking all you winnings.

Displays the mindset of the people operating this "bookmaker" now days.

my understanding- the OLD licensing system in curacao was there were 4 "master licensees". one of those four was cyberluck. interestingly, cyberluck is the legal name of "Curacao eGaming", who were one of the first places that i lodged a complaint against jazz because i thought they were some king of "Watchdog group". turns out, Curacao eGaming were just another group of crooks, and like you said, SBGOK sued them and the court found them liable for a sublicensee's debts.

recently they changed the gaming license laws in curacao. there's no more master licensee/sublicensee system, and now every operator needs their own license. i can confirm jazz has their own license, however they dont disclose the # on their websites (part of curacao's requirements for licensing is that you have to disclose the license # on the website).

so i would ask SBGOK, 1) can we attribute our claims to cyberluck, or only jazz under its new license? and 2) could we even recover anything from cyberluck if they are declared bankrupt?

If they do have a license, it would make going after them a lot easier.

In Curacao and SBGOK unfortunately aren't taking new cases at this stage as they are too busy at the moment.

We sent you complaint down to Jazz today. They are responding to our inquires, albeit a bit slowly. We will reach back out to you ASAP once we get something meaningful back from Jazz. Though these issues are front and center for us now that they have been brought to our attention, if you haven’t heard back from us towards the end of the week, feel free to reach back out for an update.

They have succeeded previously for other cases but actual retrieval of funds is low from what I know.
I had one case with them previously that pretty much went nowhere fast though.
i was looking into this firm, but the website was down for maintenance. looks like its back up again https://sbgok.org/

edit: actually, website is still being update, but it does load up and has a contact email.

Our most realistic hope is for Jazz to have a change of heart and start paying players again. Ruining their reputation online is probably the only real hope of them doing that but even then it is pretty slim.
to be clear, sending this email will not get us paid (you are correct, the gaming board doesnt get involved in player disputes with the operator). but for the small chance that someone at the gaming board sees the emails and decideds to look into it further, and HOPEFULLY, they wont get a new license.. i'm not holding my breath, but its only 1-2 minutes to send the email.
