Another poster also says BetDSI is paying 1k installments.
This is the Jazz thread.👍 1Leave a comment:

Good for you. Was/is your account shut down or were you simply not receiving requested payouts?Leave a comment:

After months of no payouts, I received a 1k money order check last week (they suggested money order), and now 1k btc this week. Small % of what I needed to pull, but progress at least.Leave a comment:

Yes, but we can't use them here ? I backed off cuz some of the players owed told me to. I totally disagree with this approach but what can I we do? If a scammer scams you call them out til no end it, doesn't make it better if they act like they are going to pay you. Now they have a new affiliate deal? Hopefully some of the good books are involved but they probably already have the same players owed money already.Leave a comment:

new affiliate deal & active on twitter again = seems like they are pushing for new deposits from unaware players.Leave a comment:

As much as I would love to see these guys held to account, we don't want to dox people, or encourage violent action. Names are fine, but dont go too far with public posting of addresses and other personal info about family etc on here please.

Jazz has no money? so now the only recourse is to out all the people involved and let people who got ripped off to take the law in there own hands. They owe way more than any of you no. I wouldn't want that on my head Hank, especially to a few ppl they owe. Bang Bang. These ppl don't post on forums. They take action

Might be the only way we eventually get paid... A Ponzi scheme needs a continuous flow of new money to survive.Leave a comment:

myaffiliates has signed Jazz family of books (under its affiliate brand "Top Affiliates"). maybe someone else can shed some light on this side of the sportsbetting industry, but from what i understand, this means Jazz will be associated with some of the bigger sports books (betcris, bookmaker, bovada) and likely get more customers.

Jazz's gaming license was set to expire tomorrow, but according to this press release it's been extended by 6-months.

I won about $9,000 and they said there was an error with limits so they ended up only paying me about $6,300. Better than a lot of people I guess but still got screwed out of $2,700.Leave a comment:

he said they took everything except the 5k deposit. he's withdrawn 2k, so presumably account is being left open to withdraw the remaining 3k?Leave a comment:

You previously noted that "20K taken on 4/1/25." Was your account closed at that time? If you just received a payout, is your active now back active?Leave a comment:

Received 1k payout in btc. And they charged $25 processing fee.
They said to contact them in June about another payout. LolLeave a comment:

It would be very helpful if you could share with us the same info that Tom R did.

That is good to know. I see that SBGOK managed to successfully get Cyberluck declared bankrupt at the end of last year and the court ruled that they are liable for money owed by its licensees.
I'll ask SBGOK what this means for us that have been scammed by Jazz and if Cyberluck have actually been paying out money owed from other scambooks they license to.
recently they changed the gaming license laws in curacao. there's no more master licensee/sublicensee system, and now every operator needs their own license. i can confirm jazz has their own license, however they dont disclose the # on their websites (part of curacao's requirements for licensing is that you have to disclose the license # on the website).
so i would ask SBGOK, 1) can we attribute our claims to cyberluck, or only jazz under its new license? and 2) could we even recover anything from cyberluck if they are declared bankrupt?👍 1Leave a comment:

they do have an online gaming licesnse in curacao. expiring at the end of June, but i would presume they have filed the application for a new license.
the conflicting information is because the old sublicense under cyberluck (a/k/a curacao egaming) is no longer in force.

Does anywhere have any info if they actually have a license in Curacao? Some review sites say they don't, some say they do but they don't provide info of which license it is.
I know they have an office in Costa Rica and also a company registered in Curacao (Jazz Business Solutions B.V.) but that may be for tax purposes or something sketchy rather than the purpose of obtaining a license.
If they do have a license, it would make going after them a lot easier.

Over a year ago I was betting on Looselines.ag with no issues and then decided I was done with betting altogether. I've spent the last year getting my funds out, albeit incredibly slowly as they attempt to make the process as brutal as possible. $1k per month on average then it started to be more like $1k every 1.5-2 months.
Recently my withdrawal request have been getting cancelled on their end and then today I went to sign on to check on things and my account username and PW dont work. I spoke to someone in "chat" and they told me my account is closed and my funds will not be returned. No reason at all. They are blatantly stealing my money.
If anyone can help in this matter it would greatly appreciated. Beware DO NOT use Looselines.ag .Leave a comment:
