Yet. That was my situation until they shut it down and stole my $12K! Know that you are dealing with crooks.

Yes, but we can't use them here ? I backed off cuz some of the players owed told me to. I totally disagree with this approach but what can I we do? If a scammer scams you call them out til no end it, doesn't make it better if they act like they are going to pay you. Now they have a new affiliate deal? Hopefully some of the good books are involved but they probably already have the same players owed money already.

new affiliate deal & active on twitter again = seems like they are pushing for new deposits from unaware players.

Might be the only way we eventually get paid... A Ponzi scheme needs a continuous flow of new money to survive.

myaffiliates has signed Jazz family of books (under its affiliate brand "Top Affiliates"). maybe someone else can shed some light on this side of the sportsbetting industry, but from what i understand, this means Jazz will be associated with some of the bigger sports books (betcris, bookmaker, bovada) and likely get more customers.

I won about $9,000 and they said there was an error with limits so they ended up only paying me about $6,300. Better than a lot of people I guess but still got screwed out of $2,700.

Wow, won't even give back 3k of your own money after taking all you winnings.

Displays the mindset of the people operating this "bookmaker" now days.

I'll ask SBGOK what this means for us that have been scammed by Jazz and if Cyberluck have actually been paying out money owed from other scambooks they license to.
my understanding- the OLD licensing system in curacao was there were 4 "master licensees". one of those four was cyberluck. interestingly, cyberluck is the legal name of "Curacao eGaming", who were one of the first places that i lodged a complaint against jazz because i thought they were some king of "Watchdog group". turns out, Curacao eGaming were just another group of crooks, and like you said, SBGOK sued them and the court found them liable for a sublicensee's debts.

recently they changed the gaming license laws in curacao. there's no more master licensee/sublicensee system, and now every operator needs their own license. i can confirm jazz has their own license, however they dont disclose the # on their websites (part of curacao's requirements for licensing is that you have to disclose the license # on the website).

so i would ask SBGOK, 1) can we attribute our claims to cyberluck, or only jazz under its new license? and 2) could we even recover anything from cyberluck if they are declared bankrupt?

I know they have an office in Costa Rica and also a company registered in Curacao (Jazz Business Solutions B.V.) but that may be for tax purposes or something sketchy rather than the purpose of obtaining a license.

If they do have a license, it would make going after them a lot easier.

Recently my withdrawal request have been getting cancelled on their end and then today I went to sign on to check on things and my account username and PW dont work. I spoke to someone in "chat" and they told me my account is closed and my funds will not be returned. No reason at all. They are blatantly stealing my money.

If anyone can help in this matter it would greatly appreciated. Beware DO NOT use Looselines.ag .
