Hi guys,as the title says i requested a payout from BAS about 40 days ago,i've sent them all the KYC documents they've asked for,plus screenshot of my wallet with transaction,video with me stating my name and account number,video with me in the screen with the wallet i used to deposit.They say my account is under investigation and there is no time frame for it.40 days have passed and they just keep saying the same thing.Anyone had the same issue?

I opened an account, deposited 400$,played for about 20 days, when i got to 2.8k they limited me to 1$ bets.

wow that's not good at all being limited to $1 bets and delaying the payout
