Just a quick update for all. My situation with betus has been solved and I have been paid. Thank you to all those for your support.

This is great news. This will make me deposit there again should i get a decent bonus. But i still will not take anything free from them .

Scam!!!! Scam!!!! Scam!!!

Today is now the 25th of November and I still have not received my refund from them. Everytime I call them they tell me with a very pleasant tone that my refund is coming. This is a lie. It’s been well over 10 business days. not only is the company a scam but they also have lied to me about refunding my money. This company is 100% a scam!!!!! Do not do business with them. This overseas company stole 1000$ from me. I signed up with this company and they lied to me about how free play works. They used an agent that could only speak broken English so you could barely understand what they were saying as they lied to me about how the free play works. They told me the money I deposited could be used or withdrawn at my discretion and would not be affected by the BS rules of the free play. After I began betting the free play money and won is when I was informed that before I withdraw my earnings my money needs to be rolled over for at least 28,000$ in action. So, I tried to withdraw the 1000$ I deposited. And they said no because that money is subject to the roll over rules also. So I could not even withdraw my own money. So, I would have to bet 28000$ before I could withdraw any money I deposited or any money that I had won. Who tf has 28,000 to bet before they can even receive their own money?!!! Had I known this I would not have accepted the free play. This is how they scam you. After I explained all of this, they told me I would be receiving my total deposit of 1000 dollars back. This was a lie also. They scammed me out of 1000$ of my hard earned. I will be leaving as many bad reviews on as many websites I can find about this company. The customer service agents will bold face lie to you so do not trust them or believe a single word they say about how the company works. But I am not going down without a fight because I will be contacting every agency there is to file as many complaints against this company to see if I can get my money back. Im contacting my banks and a lawyer to get my money back. This company is an oversees company so they can and will scam you because they do not have to play by the rules. If you are stupid enough to do business with them after reading this then you deserve to be scammed.

Did you think that you were going to get freeplay without a rollover? I don't see the scame here. You deposited 1k , got a 1k freeplay bonus, and on average their rollover is 14x which is 1k +1k ( bonus ) x 14, so there you have your 28k. Played there for about 15 years and never ONCE was offered the ability to withdraw my deposit independent of completing the rollover. There are some books that do that but BetUS has never offered that to me. Main complaints i read about are people that salivate at big bonus offers and ignore the larger the deposit the bigger that rollover is going to be. Sounds like you did the same. Hiring a lawyer over a 1k deposit is laughable fwiw.

I agree with Fix i have deposited here and there is always a rollover. At times a 100% Freeplay is at least a 10xs rollover if you are lucky but i have had it at 14xs which would be the $28000 . I believe they also have been offering a wager back first bet if it loses you get your first bet back with an additional rollover as a Freeplay if it loses.

So miss Sophia one of the main people at Bet us, tells me even though they're representative told me some misinformation about the bet I placed then I can escalate it to places that will at least give me an answer with Miss Sophia it was just a lot of back and forth and this is all over a free 25 dollar house chip. That even if I did win and I would have to roll over to $250. All I got out of our conversation was that bet us thinks jumping the hundred to get the $1 bill is more important than having her name blasted all over all of the socials that bet us is on so if that's the case I'm going to make sure I get my whole 25 free house chip worth blasting these individuals so that everybody can see what bet you asked is all about. I'm thinking if it's just a free $25 house chip now imagine if it was 500 of my own money. So I'm good on all that but miss Sophie is going to learn that doing this kind of dog and Pontiac is going to fly then she's got one coming. But seriously if they're going to do this much of a hassle over 25 house trip imagine what it could be so don't even mess with it. Betus hires anybody that will work for beans and giving misinformation if you Google it falls heavily on the house and it was like arguing with a two year old and it just made me want to puke in my mouth . But miss Sophia got a nice little start to her weekend and a good chewing out and she's going to think about it and she's going to think about what it's all over and hopefully she learns. Jumping 100 to get the penny isn't a good idea. But still clear and throw Miss Sophia a like and a comment and let her know that she didn't taste too good nasty con nasty
