Please help. I played and lost $1000 at barstool sports on July 3rd under the assumption that the 100% risk free bet promotion was in effect. I had seen that promotion many times on the barstool site and saw it currently advertised on your site (see below). I deposited $1000 last week and lost and was awaiting the return of my $1000 and barstool now claims that "the promotion ended." I don't believe this is fair as SBR is still promoting in on their site and I had every reason to believe the promotion was still in effect. Thinking I was getting a refund, I made a much larger bet than I normally do and can really afford to make.


Is there any way that SBR can help me get my my money back in the form of the advertised risk-free bet from barstool.

I am going to take a stab and say this wasn't the guys first deposit. It's only valid on your first deposit and over 24 hours after your first bet in the casino.

I feel sorry for O.P. This was a transition period for Barstool because they were changing their website and odds provider, started a few weeks back. I had a friend that I recommended to sign up for BS because they had the best domestic promotion of basically $1000 cash back, not Free Bets like the other Books.

He said what promotion, I looked at sure enough they had wiped all their sign up bonuses from the Promo Page. I found out on Reddit, they were moving away from Kambi as an odds provider and they just released their new website and odds backend this past Wednesday but pulled the promotions weeks ago, kind of out of nowhere. The new site has a new promo which works like DraftKings deposit where as you playthrough funds, bonus funds are released into your account but it's like a 20x playthrough to get to the full $1000 amount.

DK doesnt do that. When I get deposit bonuses they do them as 5 free bets. No 20x play through. Just 1x.
