Violation of responsible gaming by PARIMATCH and failure to abide by ruling CEG
On January 17 , 2023 , I filed a complain with Curacao Egaming License against https://pari-match.in/en/ for violation of responsible gaming rules as they opened my account while it was accepted for permanent account closure

PARIMATCH is an international bookmaker and is a Sponser / Partner with CHELSEA FOOTBALL CLUB

All proof had been submitted of their violations to Curacao Egaming and after 20-30 email exchange between me , Parimatch and Curcao Egaming authority they on June 13th 2023 gave the following ruling in my favour-

    Dear Executive and Player,

Curaçao eGaming ("CEG") has reviewed all documentation that has been filed by the Player and the Operator (the: “Parties”) in the matter of this complaint. CEG acknowledges that both parties have been granted ample time to communicate their statements and provide evidence, supporting their statements.

In this case, CEG rules in favour of the Player because:

    • An effort was made by the Player to timely, prior to the disputed transaction, make the Website in.parimatch.com aware of the existence of problematic gambling behaviour. However, the Operator has not taken the necessary action(s) under responsible gaming to block the player's account.

In this case, CEG rules that the dispute between parties shall be resolved as follows:
    • The Operator to refund the NET deposit amount made after 20 December 2022. the NET deposit amount is calculated as: total deposits minus total withdrawals after the self exclusion date.

Failure of parties to abide by this ruling may result in disciplinary action by CEG against any of the parties.

Both parties may file an appeal against this ruling within seven days with CEG’s ADR Appeals Commission. Appeals that have not been timely received or do not include proper identification, new evidence and/or motivation of the appeal shall be ignored.

    Best regards,

    Curaçao eGaming | ADR Department

Now the problem is after this ruling Parimatch has till date not abided by the ruling and both the Curacao Egaming and Parimatch have stopped replying to my emails and are not doing anything to honor the ruling

Can someone help me with this?

Note- I am currently taking therapy for my gambling addiction , I want such bookmakers who despite users declaring problem gaming keep on persuading and taking bets from vulnerable user should be punished which their own license authority has held them guilty

SBR no longer mediate for Curacao books like this one.

But I will reach out to the regulator for you and request that they push their licensee to abide by it's ruling.

If that fails, and with this order already in hand, I think that you should be able to get a local law firm to write them a letter of demand, which might be enough to get paid.

How did you circumvent the self-exclusion? Did you create another account? What was your deposit method?
