    Had an issue with a pastponed wager over two weeks ago. Have sent in an email daily to support and also to Eli asking for an explanation.

    ZERO responses!!! Not one response to any of my emails. How is this possible??? Worst customer service in the history of sportsbooks?

    I’d be absolutely embarrassed if I was the management / ownership here. Unacceptable!!

    Who’s the upper management at this place, they don’t even have phone service anymore

      They took all phone service out some time ago. Why pay huge bills to talk to customers. Just get deposits and do everything possible to stall withdrawals.

        Lol what? they have like the fastest verification and withdrawals in the entire industry. The horror stories on here are just comical sometimes.
