I made a couple wagers on a live table tennis match. It was in the first set of the match. I won the wagers, $2500 in total, and then over 12 hours later the funds were taken from my account and they said the wagers were pastposted.

Gave me no explanation, nothing.

This is the second time they’ve done this to me. Baseball last year for over $7500.

Management is God awful, they don’t do anything to support their players. It’s a dying book who I think is in big trouble financially.

What can I do to get my money?

Tried reaching out to Eli in management and now he is dodging me. Have been told he’s busy all day, then just got told he wasn’t on the schedule working today. lol they’re liars, they’re desperate

Reach out to customer service last night and ask for a manager or supervisor. They tell me nobody is available to take my chat. I say that I will wait on hold until one becomes available. I then get told by their agent that I can wait on hold as long as I want, nobody is going to come and take my chat.

The line at the time of the bet was -113. Each time I wagered, it reflected updated odds but when the wagers were accepted each one showed -113.

this is a normal wager for me, I wager $2000-3000 a match and will go up to $5000. So nothing was out of the norm there.

if the line wasn’t updating when accepting the wagers, that’s on their end and their technology. Not on me.

You've seen their current balance sheet, income statement and customer acquisition/retention numbers? Or is this just your belief? AFAIK they are still top 2 in the offshore world, but if you have some insider info this would be very interesting and obviously my opinion would change.

None of the offshore books have done the same business now with legalization however bookmaker is still top three of the major offshore books. Who cares if they are not doing the same business, they are still paying out like clockwork which is all that should matter.

Betcris/Bookmaker has laid off a good portion of their staff in San Jose. Customer service is non existent. They did not do this because business is booming.
