I would like to share my most recent experiences with Brokerstorm with you.
Deposited around 3k€ two weeks ago and ran it up to around 13.5k€ within a few days on my Orbit account.
On Thursday, the 9th of March, Brokerstorm informed that my account is currently being investigated by Betfair. On Monday, the 13th of March, Brokerstorm updated me stating that after Betfair investigated my gaming, they came to the decision, I had participated in fund passing without being provided by any bet/market.
As I had not participated in any fund passing, I reached out to Brokerstorm asking for more details.
They directed these messages to Orbit. As there was no progress for quite a few days, I had a phone call with one of their managers who showed great support towards me, taking the case under his wing and providing me great support as this was mentally quite challenging for me.
Yesterday, Brokerstorm provided me with another update - the bet in question was cleared of any wrong doing by Betfair. Brokerstorm even provided me with the mails between Betfair/Orbit and showed great support throughout this case.
Strong recommendation from my side for now, I had very strong support from their side throughout this case on a pretty sensitive topic.

Strong recommendation from your side right now? Support from Brokerstorm and Orbit? And you didn't even write how it all ended with the deposit and balance.
