Customer service reps have to be licensed by each state and apparently they can't find any Arizona licensed reps to help me, comical.

CS reps have to state approved?

Thats a new one to me. Obviously they need to be trained in different state rules but who the hell is the state to tell a business who can work as the customer service rep?! That sounds like un-needed micro management to me.
