Haven't been able to access GTBets for weeks--"access denied by the owner of the site"--no warning given, so no way to contact them. Is GTBets pulling a runner or what?

        Try using incognito browser mode.

You could be in a state that they no longer want to deal with, if it isn't meant for you personally?

Thanks very much for the contact details.

As for the browser, I know some on-line sportsbooks require using a specific one, but I've never had a problem accessing GTBets with Firefox until now. I was able to access the site using a different browser with a VPN, but only once, with subsequent attempts producing essentially the same error message.

I tried to copy and paste the screenshot of the error message in a reply, but it didn't come out in the preview, so I reproduce it here in full: "Error 1009. Access denied. The owner of this website (www.gtbets.ag) has banned the country or region your IP address is in (ES) from accessing this website."

If they or any other legitimate sportsbook were pulling out of a region or a country--I am located in Spain--surely they would notify their customers and arrange to transfer or refund their account balances. The only detail in the error message that changes when I use the browser with the VPN is the two-letter country code, which reads as (XX) instead of (ES), so apparently they are not shutting down business in my particular region. Hopefully customer service can resolve the issue.

Broke even with them this past football season and down long-term, so no reason to cut me off for winning too much. They did ban me from their casino a few years ago after I had some luck with blackjack. I still have funds in my account and want to recover them if this isn't the product of some technical issue.

They don't even allow players from Nevada.
