Will Hill app constantly crashes. Any suggestions?

I recently moved to NV and opened accounts with several local books, including Will Hill. I have no problems using the mobile apps for any other book, but WH gives me constant headaches. Crashing every 5 minutes, spinning spinning spinning circle when trying to login or add a bet to my betslip, crashes in the middle of placing wagers, any kind of problem you can name, I've dealt with it.

Is this normal for WH? Are others out there having the same issues? Online customer support does not exist, and in-person customer service is useless. Does anyone here have any suggestions, other than the obvious (uninstall and reinstall, etc)? Thanks.

It could be memory hungry compared to the others and your phone gives up.

It might also be you are stuck on an old version and need to manually uninstall and re-install to get the current one.

A couple of ideas.

Google doesn't show it being a bigger problem at WH than anywhere else.

Also, it seems to help if you clear your phone of other sites before logging on.

all the apps suck. glitch like hell. fanduel seems to work best with a good gui and easy to use. mgm modified their app recently and i absolutely hate it. enough so that i may move all my action to fanduel and barstool. dk is ok. rivers sucks. wynnbet no app but website works good. caesars ok but slow as hell.

Same here.

It has been good for many months.

Always seems to happen during busy times.

As soon as I see it happen, I just close the app and reopen it.

Thanks for the input, everyone. I opened the account about 5 months ago and it's been a problem from the beginning. But it's definitely gotten worse the last week or two. Hopefully it's a short-term thing.

Call me crazy, but the app I've been most impressed with so far is STN. They offer pretty decent numbers, too. I probably bet more with them than any other local shop. Still can't compete with offshore, but they're alright.

Yes, good app with decent numbers(plus they comp for app usage)
Small limits(although they doubled mine recently)

All kinds of issues this week.

Can't get in, can't select a sport, can't place wagers.........keeps freezing.

Them saying line has moved and when you cancel and refresh the line doesn't change.

Even if you log out and log back in the line is the same...........until you try to bet it.......

Getting more and more frustrating in the past 2 weeks or so.

There has definitely been no improvement the past few days. I wonder if it will get worse with all the football bettors coming back.

For those who have been in NV a few years -- will any local shops eventually post season-long NFL player props (rush yds, rec yds, TDs, etc)? So far STN is the only one I see with anything up in NV.

UPDATE: I may have accidentally stumbled on the answer to my WH app issue. Today I was having problems logging into my crypto wallet, and it was suggested that my 2FA wasn't working properly because my phone's date and time was set to manual rather than automatic. Apparently, if your phone is on manual time it slowly strays from universal time, and things like 2FA that require precise timing can eventually be affected.

I changed my phone's setting to Automatic date and time, and WH hasn't crashed once since. I was able to use it for over 20 minutes straight with no crashes, which is something I haven't been able to do for weeks. I don't really know why the WH app and Automatic date and time would be connected, but the app seems to be okay now. Either they fixed it or it was my phone all along.
