For over a year now, Bookmaker has been running their casino under a false auditing service. They have had Certified Fair Gambling listed on their website as a company that is auditing their games to ensure fairness. I reached out to the guys at CFG and Bookmaker did not renew their certificate last year.

I reached out to the guys at Bookmaker and they still claimed they were using CFG. I posed as a new customer and expressed my interest in signing up. I asked how their games were certified and I was told that the certificate is on the website for CFG.

This is complete bullshit!! They have been running a fake certificate for over a year and a half. Then lied about it when they got called out.

I have screenshots of everything, something needs to be done about this

They can program for the player to lose one time every 20th hand. That is 5% advantage on top of the regular vig. Real simple to program, and you would never know it is happening.

they pull a 20 or 21 every single hand, even with like 6 to 8 cards while i get the infamous picture card with a 3, 4, 5 or 6 repeatedly and have to think about hitting. i would go against the opposite bj rules at times, not hit and win more than i should.

Yes 1000% right that is what i do at times because you start thinking if i go against the norm maybe i can steal a few hands . But another thing that makes you do that and i bet you noticed this at one point.

So you get a 5 and a face card . The dealer gets a face card showing. Most people would hit. But this is a rigged session. Notice if the dealer has a face card and a 6 it will almost always show the face card NOT the 6. Watch it and you will notice that in many hands . That forces players more then not to hit. A lot of times i will hold. And i will be able to get some wins like that in those situations.

I do not think they would ever let you see they are cheating. I actually play free on GTbets and even on that you can see how it is so rigged at times. I was playing 3 card poker and the dealer had a pair or higher 9 of 10 hands including a straight flush. I had one pair and lost to the straight flush . The next 10 hands were just as bad . GTbets will not even let you see your past hands ever.And this is the place i have the best luck actually. I have been getting luck depositing like $180 there then getting the bonus then edging it with smaller bets (It seems to let me win on those) then when i reach around $270 i go in the Virtual games and play soccer looking for the right game at around -120 to -145 and try and hit that. I seem to be hitting those so i will have around $500 to start. I seem to lose the BS ones that should easily win i lost 2 at -250 over 2.5 ending 1-0 and 0-0 at -250. So i stay away from those now. A lot of the books i have the casinos blocked. I did one at Youwager because they gave a free amount which i lost every hand reminding me why i blocked it in the first place. As soon as i finished they blocked it again. I will not play there on my own money but if they they give me free cash i will just for that.

I was playing at WillHill a while back and wanted to play some 3-card poker. Then the system asks me what stakes I would like. It gave 3 options I think. 2-10, 5-100 10‐500. Its a a single player game. My guess is the game is less random at low limits. Has to be a rigging component to the game play for the various risk levels

you are right. and it ruins the fun. now i am playing the rigged program and have to think constantly about the loop of the current hand, not the actual game, and i feel like i am at work.

If i can get a decent bonus at certain books i do not need the casino like at JB i just got a 100% fp so that lets me still stay under $500 and not worry about the casino which has been blocked at JB forever. I only deposit when i get the 100% though as the other bonuses suck on the site.

in all seriousness i never was fond of bj at bookmaker. i always felt there were "better" (for lack of a different word) bj games at other online casinos. i felt even more at a disadvantage when i played there.

I’ve asked for my hand history multiple times to run the numbers and they won’t give them to you.

After I called them out on having an expired certificate and still claiming they used an outside service to ensure the fairness of their games, they closed my casino and told me I wasn’t allowed to play.

This was after losing about $50k in the last two months

It is better to stay out of there it will just keep taking in the casino. Caesars online casino destroyed my life at one point . It is another bad sign when they do not send you the hands. GTbets does that too .

I'd like to add one last tidbit to this thread. Everyone here is aware of all of the old 101's of BJ.....ALWAYS SPLIT EIGHTS AND ACES, NEVER SPLIT 10's, NEVER PLAY AT A 6/5 TABLE....blah blah blah. If you are dumb enough to play at Bookmaker, do yourself an ENORMOUS favor and, for the love of God, NEVER DOUBLE ON AN ELEVEN. You will regret it. I don't care if the dealers showing a six. You'll end up with a fourteen or sixteen or something worse. I know it's heresy, I don't care. Jus tryin to help a guy not get victimized.

People like me that got stupid at times yes i am partly to blame . But i or anyone else who has had these things at times destroy their lives dont deserve it. We are just stupid enough to think we are going to get a fair game. My life was ruined a couple years back because of Caesars rigged casino. I do not feel i deserved that.

My biggest concern is that obviously there was something fishy going on. They have this certificate posted, continued to lie about it and wouldn’t take it down until I spoke to a supervisor with Sports. They are a bunch of low life, cheating asses who don’t get held responsible.

I’m just trying to spread the word to keep people from falling into their trap. I simply want access to my account so I can get my hand history to pass on to a professional to evaluate. I feel like this is why they don’t want to give me access

Take BJ, they have the ability to program the system so that no matter other results you have a loser every 20 hands. Does not sound like much, but it adds an additional Five Percent disadvantage to the one you already have. No one can overcome that. I am not singling anyplace out here, just showing what they can do if they want to.

Overall i have a lot of the casinos blocked and i am pretty good at not going in. If i get a bonus i will just activate it for that and shut it again when i am done. It is not just them though really cannot trust any of them. I actually Won a little at Draftking. Pure luck then just cashed out. Every other hand had either BJ or an ace showing. Even GT on fun mode i get destroyed on 3 card poker. EVery 10 hands i am lucky to get a pair dealer got 7 of 10 hands a pair or higher. It is always like that every single time i play in there even on fun mode. Then one day out of the blue you cannot lose everything goes great one day on fun mode one time. Then right back to crap
