Fanduel Suspension - nearly 2 months of withheld funds
I'm seeking advice on how to deal with a dispute with Fanduel. They suspended my account in early March and I have provided every piece of documentation they have requested from me. I already have open cases with the BBB and gaming commission that have proven to be unhelpful.

Fanduel continues to stonewall me and keeps saying they are "investigating" and will reach out when they have an update. It's nearly the 2 month mark.

Does anyone have ideas on other routes aside from the gaming commission to get my withdrawal. Is hiring a lawyer the next step?

They claim that the cards I used to deposit were used by someone else but they were prepaid VISAs one time use only so that is impossible

I don't believe there are prepaid VISAs which you can only use one time. That doesn't make any sense. You can spend the balance on as many purchases as you like.

          This!

Something doesn't seem right with the OP's story.

Please PM your FD account # and your state and we can reach out to them and ask for more detail for you.

I think we know what the obvious answer is, right? OP opened two accounts. I'm not necessarily passing judgement on them - it's just a fact that many people are doing so to take advantage of the generous promotions which are out there right now. But they failed to consider the possibility that the accounts could be tied together by the payment method. Or they did consider it but used the same card twice by mistake. Then they try to frame it as being "impossible" to throw people off the scent.

The other option is the sportsbook is mistaken here.

Your opening paragraph was my guess too.

FD has their own payment card.
I read where Play + is an excellent option too.

                  taking 1 promo = smart

taking multiple promos, one for your "wife", etc = stealing

I believe the OP means you can only load them one time. Like **** gift cards.

Yes, I of course considered that. But that fact doesn't make it "impossible" to fund two different accounts, correct?

                      $2,000 Gift card starting balance
                      $1,000 to fund Account #1
                      $1,000 to fund Account #2

                      Either way, it's misleading.
