Fair point, but I've been pleasantly surprised at how few books hold your payouts until a spike, then pay.

But IMHO, there's One Big Exception to this fairness in processing approach: Intertops (now Everygame). Those weasels have no consistency to the amount of time between your request and the actual payout and if BTC spikes anywhere in the few days following your wd request, you can be sure your payout's on the way.

But ya know, they're Germans, so what're ya gonna do?

I requested $9,000 and got $8835 in BTC. Have never been overpaid. When they first started allowing BTC withdrawals the difference was small. Now it's usually $100-$200 less.

Thanks. I believe what you say is close to the average experience.

Their CS manager insisted that it was quite normal policy for a player to be underpaid by $5k on on a $50K withdraw request and still claims that it is normal for people to be overpaid just as often.

She may be mis-informed by another dept or manager but really has no excuse for that falsehood if she made any effort to check on that info before spouting it at cheated customers.

I have never seen Pinnacle act in a way I would call clearly unfair before.

If this turns out to be how they act ongoing I will be recommending a rating drop and a warning be published across our network.

Exactly, like lite coin? They screw people with Bitcoin because they can. InstaCash, anything but Bitcoin for withdrawals.

Tell them to take their Bitcoin and shove it! One screw job is enough / never use it again.

Or best of all interac etransfer. Usually in minutes, longer on weekends.

They screw you with LiteCoin too. Been there done that. Others report the same using Tether.

Neteller banned gambling transactions for Canadians like 12? years ago. I think Skrill might have been available for Canadians at one point, but it's certainly not an option at Pinnacle. And if you've already been SOWd for miniscule amounts by an Ewallet provider, I'm very hesitant on increasing the frequency and size of said transactions.

Interac has a $3K limit and can only go to your bank account. Again, only useful if that's where you need the money.

Never. I've now used crypto withdrawal/deposit about 10 times, and I always get hit 1-3%. I get crypto is volatile, but there is a very noticeable difference between Pinnacle and other sites I use. I have gained money on those sites, and even when I lose, it has ALWAYS been less then what I get hit by Pinnacle for. It would be the largest coincidence in the world if Bitcoin only happens to go down exactly when I'm doing Pinny transactions.

I have made multiple withdrawals and deposits using either Bitcoin, Litecoin or Tether and they're always at least 1-2.5% under market value. It's a total rip off so I only use them as a last resource. Absolutely never have been overpaid. Other withdrawal methods are O.K.
I got the feeling that Pinnacle is not the issue per se (at least not totally), but their service provider. I think what they do is "secure" a value of 1-2.5% under the market so they won't get affected by any fluctuations, but the value is always below market (so it only affects the player).
Actually you can do a "test" before depositing with BTC/LTC/USDT and you will get the exact rate conversion you're getting and effectively will always be a certain % under market value.

Correct me if I am wrong. Pinnacle uses a 3rd party to deal with crypto related transactions and they get a cut. May be that they even use different middleman depends on your GEO location. Before it was BitPay and something else, I remember BitPay had better fx. If you want to see the fees on crypto, your best option is USDT, that way you exclude the price volatility.

I hope Pinnacle eventually finds a different Bitcoin provider/processor. The fees are ridiculous.
