You're betting major markets. They are a lot less likely to limit you. They look at what you're betting, and compare it to closing lines. Maybe you're only slightly beating closing lines, or not beating closing lines at all.

Varies widely from book to book. Usually it's win a lot at something in particular, like live betting, props, or a lesser bet sport. And they'll then cut your limits for that particular thing. For something like live betting, they might also give you a longer delay before your bet is accepted, or have (or increase a) mandatory time period between making bets on that game. One site even raised my vig for live betting when they collared me
