Wondering if this happened to anyone else .

So as i am packing yesterday to go to a funeral i get a call from (I did not write down name) a guy from Heritage sports . He offered me a 30% bonus. I asked him if it was cash he said yes. I said i may do it when i get back send me an e-mail he said yes.

Not 5 minutes later i get ANOTHER call from ANOTHER guy from Heritage offering me 25% cash. I tell him i was just called by another Heritage guy 5 minutes ago and was offered 30%.

He basically says hew has no clue who the other guy was maybe it was a different book. I was 100% sure he said Heritage so i said Ok still better then the normal bonus so send me an e-mail.

I never got an e-mail but i deposited anyway thinking they will have it in their system. On chat he tells me bonus is 10% cash not 25% and i should have verified it through them first .

So i was stuck with the same low 10%. Has anyone else been called by these people ? This was just yesterday and somehow i do not think i was the only one called.

Yea i do not get called often last time we last year with a 50% cash bonus . I do not know if it is actually Heritage people or a scam the guy said they have not fired anyone lately i thought maybe they were fired and took names or something.

I've never, not once, received a call from Heritage. They were my #2 book when I was with 5d, since the 5d US shutdown they've been my #1. Any of the calls I get from books I also ask for an email follow up, otherwise call or chat before the deposit to verify. Too many reps making up shit to get you to deposit.

I haven’t received a call from heritage since Murphy was there. They never call me. That 10% reload bonus is complete garbage, it just locks you in to an INSANE rollover for a 10% bonus. Maybe it was a scam, I remember some individuals sending out emails that looked like they were from 5Dimes with a BTC address to send to for a 50 or 100% bonus if you deposited immediately. They clearly had the 5Dimes customer database but everyone knows 5Dimes don’t give out 100% bonuses.

On a side note, Betanysports has ramped up the calls along with BETDSI. DSI called me twice in two days and I haven’t played with them since they split with bookmaker. WTH is going on?

I remember a while ago I would get calls from the “VIP” department from justbet offering 100% bonuses, I’d deposit and it was a no go. Justbet would say they didn’t know about any vip bonus. The sales people calling are clearly on commission and want you to deposit so they get paid, but I’ve never had anything like this happen with heritage, they just don’t call. Which is fine with me.

About five, six years ago I had a problem with Heritage dealing dual lines, but that's all in the past.
They don't call call, their CSR is like a B+ in my book, and they pay out on time or better.

I have FD and DK because I've been with them over ten years each for DFS, but thing is I can't bet any Ct. sports with them.
Plus, FD and DK doesn't offer -108 on a consistent, daily basis.

Yes when i did hit i got paid my entire $15000 in 3 payments that was great and i have no doubt they will pay again. Dont you think that should be the #1 thing . That a book will always pay. It is funny how some people say a book is garbage an F rating yet they pay every time. If a book pays even if they suck at other stuff - i don't think any book deserves an F .

Heritage has always called me even before there were U.S. sportsbooks. That has nothing to do with it. I would never leave heritage for some garbage U.S book. For what? So I can pay taxes and get a payout that takes 2 days? No thanks.

So he did actually see that someone did indeed call me and is going to put the 30% into my acct from my last deposit. So next pay i will deposit there because that will be in there and i get the normal 10% again so will have a bit more to start with.

I give them a lot of credit because they admitted it happened although he said i would not get called by 2 different agents other then an error which it looks like what happened.

So in the end it did happen.

This post sounds like heritage! Or old heritage, the last decent bonus I recall was the 100% for your first crypto deposit. I did get an 8th deposit free bonus I suppose, and we’ll on my way to another one as embarrassing as that is.

The offer you got was from the sales team so after the deposit, you'll need to call into their line and inform the sales team and they will apply it to the account. The operators on chat know nothing about the special bonuses, they only know the standard 10%.

Next time i will have to do that i do give them credit for finally admitting it though. I do not get many offers like though this is only the 2ND time i can think of.
