Did you take a bonus? If you did, then you have to meet the rollover.
Have you been rude to customer service there? If you were at any time, they now have a social credit score and while they won't NOT pay you, you will penalized in weekly increments depending on the infraction.

I tried several times with different devices (trouble shooting), like they suggested, last night to withdraw to another btc address. I kept getting error message that it seemed to not be a valid address. However, I confirmed it was valid. I even tried withdrawing to a different btc address and got same error message. At first support was telling me there are no restrictions on your account and that withdrawals should be working. Then, I had to start with the support ticket messages they have and this is what happened..

I've confrimed on the other side that it's a valid address. I've tried mulitple times and keep getting error message: "address seems not to be valid"

If you know that you have no connection to those other account numbers, you should try to be patient and let them finish.

Most of the time when people post about this sort of problem there, they are cleared in the end.

Have you played any poker there?

These could be people who were at the tables with you only, for example.

On account of this I didn't bet on Milwaukee last night which was my plan to bet big and of course they won.. This is clearly them slow playing, while hoping I play more in the meantime. I thought Nitrogen was better than this.

That is very positive for you if your account remains open for betting.

It probably is one of those other three accounts that they are most concerned about, and not yours.

It's also possible you've made multiple accounts. For example- I think I made new accounts 3-4 times with them. Its literally one click of a button and you have a new account made with them. You need to be very careful there.

This cetainly seems to be true. Don't they realize how bad this makes them look? I win playing blackjack while betting rather large amounts and then try to withdraw. Then they pull this stunt so I can't withdraw, while allowing to still play blackjack. Hmm..

I hit for 2500 with them a few yrs back. They used the same argument though I had absolutely no other accounts or relationship to anyone else playing on the site. They did pay after a few days. If they are allowing you to play, they want to punt your balance back to them. Don’t play their game. Deposit on another site and play their until you get paid. Then run away from Nitrogen and never play there again

Lol. Nitrogen is a top 5 offshore book easy. If this guy didn't cheat then he has no worries about getting paid. The same exact thing happened to me a few years ago. Once they realized I wasn't cheating they paid. I'm actually glad they have the extra security to keep the scammers away. Trust me they are not worried about a $1000 payout.

Yeah Mike but they are still trying to get him to punt his balance off. A review shouldn’t take 3 days. 24 hrs at best. Most everyone that played there has moved to Stake or another book
