Pinnacle used to be perfect for this but they couldnt get a license in my country.

Banned on betway/gg.bet/egb.com for "security reasons".

Thinking of trying out unibet but they seem very similar to betway so will probably be a waste of time.

            Can you expand on this?

I've always viewed Bookmaker as one of the most reliable payors.

Then it's useless without context. I don't even know what it's saying.

Feel free to ignore. If you feel 100% comfortable...Just don't allow your balance to get too high. And I won't define that either.

don't know this for a fact however I would be very surprised if any state registered and licensed book in the
USA would ban a winner. in fact I would think most international licensed/registered books would also not ban winners.

Even offshores don't ban unless there's something funny going on. They'll limit for sure, but almost never ban. Have to wonder what OP is doing to get banned by so many books.

They won't ban, but they might limit you into submission by slashing your limits 500x.

I am assuming that he is using the term 'banned' very liberally to include getting limited to $1/$10 stakes

They are super strict with users from some countries. Especially if he's using VPN and anonymous/no KYC type books.

Many testimonials to the contrary from well-known players....maybe not completely ban but really fux w your limits, etc. personally, I have never had that problem!
