Betwinner is trying to steal my money
After denied my withdrawal request, they asked me to send them the documents ( I already verified my account before! )

And the problem begins, Betwinner denied my selfie with ID card and asked me to send it as uncompressed files(???). The photo I sent them is direct from my phone and very clear, I don't know what the heck is uncompressed file and why do they need it. After see how they replied my question, I realize they are trying to scam me

Is there anyone can help me solve this case?

Set your camera to use a higher resolution, or use a better camera and send them the picture again.

They probably don't want zip, rar etc. Just take a with your phone and send them with attached file jpg etc. Should be enough.

At first i sent them a photo took by my cheap phone, they said the picture wasn't clear and asked me to send them better photo.

Then after I took the selfie with a better phone and sent them the clearer photo, which they can see every infomation, they suddenly asked those non-sense "uncompressed files" and refused to tell me what wrong with the photo I just sent them

It's the 1xbet game. Play it by their rules. Send them picture over picture until they are satisfied. It doesn't even matter if you send them higher res pics, just send them anything. At some point they will either accept the picture or close your account and confiscate your funds.

It looks like they have the same template of 1xbet and same methods also.
How the hell betwinner can say they are NOT 1xbet if they use exactly same chat operators and same KYC verification process methods : even the famous selfie holding the id with the email of their security dpt on background.
There is not possible to proof that betwinner and some others similars websites came from the same company ?
1xbet stole me 2900 euros last week.
            Regards
