I’m absolutely done with these idiots. It’s not much it’s pennies to be honest but it’s the point of the story. They robbed me for $22. Again it’s nothing peanuts. But it’s the point of it and how they came to the conclusion when it’s right in front of their fkng faces. I mean to take the $22 from my account on their absolute and then come back and tell me no everything is correct I’m wrong I’m at a loss of words. I’ve been with them since 09? Something like that and never ever any issues until this year. My wagers that I make are 98% on live soccer. Who’ll score next and totals that type of stuff.

I’m from the communist state of NY and of course you can’t get online with most of these books. But does anyone know of a good book that has tons of soccer live wagers? Also pays up so I can let go of bookmaker. I hate them and will never send them another dollar.

They stole $2500 of my money last September. I have pages and pages of my chats with these crooks. I sent them all the banking documentation they asked for and here is how they responded. They are saying need more documentation to back up the claim.
My response, this is unreal the way I have been treated through this process. Been with company a long time and i'll bet my record is totally clean. I do not have the money nor does my bank. Them: I understand, but that is the answer the processor is giving us. Is their anything else I can assist you with. Wow. This is the first time I've heard of something like this with Bookmaker. It's really hard to believe that you couldn't get them to reach the conclusion that you weren't paid out somehow through documentation.

I have heard about things like this happening a lot with Bovada, and they always seem to eventually be cleared up through bank documentation.

If this was a payout not received, Bookmaker's processor should be able to provide a Federal Reference #, or maybe a SWIFT reference (depending on what banks involved) which can be used to track and confirm payments were processed.

If they have that confirmation, they won't take bank statements as counter evidence. But they probably would take an official letter from your bank, saying money related to reference # XYZ has not been received even if the system claims it has been. If you can get that.
