BOL rollover reset

It should reset when you deposit if your cash balance and free play balance are zeroed out and you don't have any pending wagers. Sometimes mine reset automatically when I bust, but when they don't they rest after I make my deposit.

a few months ago they told me they dont re-set rollovers anymore. I assumed the clerk was just clueless?

I had one tell me that as well but they do.

Last 4 they have reset for me but every time have to go to chat and ask them.

Best solution is to make sure to go all in and not leave 40 cents. If you leave pennies in there you're going to be stuck dealing with this. And their CS is laughable.

I thought the reset was working these days. Happens after the next midnight passes I thought.

If its showing a rollover after you bust everything it should reset to 0 when you deposit. CS told me this a while back and it always works for me.

It may be working better now. I haven't had this issue in a year or so.
