Hi Gregory , this is a negative request as you dont have any funds on your account

Please remember that rollover reset is only as courtesy only if your account has funds and you forfeit any winnings from free play if you have won through it

Is there anything else I can assist you with at this time?

Right I don't have any funds so the rollover should be set to zero so I can deposit new funds without a roll over on funds I lost

Why would I have to complete roll over on funds I already lost?

This is pretty standard stuff. Why would anyone deposit more funds if they have to complete rollovers from funds that are gone.

Your free play was added in May , we wont be able to reset this rollover for you , You can make a deposit and wager to meet the rollover balance you have

okay then I will not be depositing here then? I've never heard of a rollover not being cleared if you lose all your funds and I've been wagering for 20 years online

It resets after you zero out the balance. (Or go under $5, I believe)

When you re-deposit and take bonus the rollover calculator will reset.

My balance is 38 cents, and my roll over is still there, that's why i asked her to clear.

Did your balance just drop under $1 today? If so, give it 24 hours and the RO will automatically reset to 0 by tomorrow.

It doesn't do this anymore. But if he deposits now it'll disappear and reset with the new rollover

What if it doesn't, and the new RO is added to the old one? This was a huge problem with BOL in the past--and it was a real bitch to get them to correct it. Personally I wouldn't re-up until I see that 0 in my RO, but then again I have trust issues with BOL.

I get what you're saying. I used to have them manually clear it out before depositing. But now it actually works. Haven't had issues in probably 20-30 deposits between BOL/SB since they fixed it

I wasn’t planning to take a bonus for my deposit tonight. Wasn’t about to risk it. Just went with bookmaker instead. This is the 3rd or 4th time I decided not to deposit with them because of something like this.
