It does not seem like they provide a fair service to their customers. No further explanation was given. @sportsbookreview

As long as they paid you out in full, it's fine to refuse service and not give a specific reason. Especially when books suspect fraud.

May 26 okay. is there a reason why it cannot be unlocked ?

So it is possible to unlock it, but they wont and there is no reason. This is not suspicious at all .

            Yes

As long as they have paid you out in full if you are owed any money, it's fine to refuse service and not give a specific reason.

And if you reversed a deposit payment, who would blame them!
