#258Maybe I should write a book or something since many of you guys are so interested in a some sort of a "theory" about how I won, how I can possibly win so much. That somehow I'm a genius and know how to break-apart online slot games created and hosted by two different Operators (Betsoft and Nucleus) that use world-class RNG technology which are both encrypted via SSL and are completely random in its spin results over billions of potential combinations.
It's comical actually.
Someone gets lucky like myself and wins big. The casino just can't handle it, so they freak-out and ghost your for 3-5 weeks, strip you of your balance, and claim it is because of some "glitch" in their slot games.
Yet, Betsoft and Nucleus just sit on the sidelines with popcorn, just like Gaming Curacao and e-Gaming Curacao are. My Bookie is looking around like "WTF", we've got to stop paying this guy because we are losing our asses off here. That can't be! We are an online casino. We are not supposed to lose. We say people can win, but in reality, they're not supposed to. So, let's huddle-up and figure something out as to not have to pay this guy. I've got it, lets cite that the slot games had "glitches" for a full year. Then we can strip him of all of his winnings and save our quarterly revenue figures and our operation. Does this work for everyone? Yes! Ok, hey My Bookie "auditor" over there? Go ahead and disable his account and don't tell him anything. We'll figure something out in the next few weeks. Sound good? Cool! That's the plan then!"
Unreal man.
I got lucky. I won. No "glitches". No breaking-apart online casino games. That's ridiculous. It's all bullshit. They stole my legitimate and rightful money.
Just pay me.Comment -

#259I will. I know the facts. It's me. I'm the Player. Lucky brother. All it is. Don't waste any more of your time trying to solve a case that isn't there as to how I got lucky and won playing several slots games manufactured by two different well-known Operators. There is nothing to solve but for My Bookie to pay me.Comment -

#260If you read up on Standard Deviation it will help you understand why we say that it's mathematically impossible.
For example, if you flip a coin 100 times standard deviation says that you will get heads 45-55 times 68% of the time and 40-60 times 95% of the time.
According to standard deviation (it's a mathematical principal, not a theory) the game/s you were playing was +ev.Comment -

It's like a restaurant man. If the food and service suck ass, then the Customer is at fault? The Customer is responsible for shitty food, shitty cooking, and shitty service?
Nope.
Just pay me My Bookie. Then you might have some customer confidence again for Players to play with your casino and book.Comment -

Will I stop playing there? Also no. But I already limit my action there because I don't have tremendous trust in them as it is. They are okay, but not great.Comment -

#264The issue here is simply they dont even have much customer confidence to begin with. So will they drop a rating here tomorrow if they don't pay you? No, probably not.

I just hope they pay me. I did nothing wrong. I deserve to be paid my winnings. It would be good PR for them and it builds tremendous confidence for the Player community to want to play with their establishment.Comment -

What's more important in this case is that MYB Casino doesn't have a valid license for customers who are betting from the US. So, as long as OP hasn't wagered from a location where the license is valid, according to their master-license holder Gaming Curacao, then there is no legal basis for holding MYB accountable.
OP has to rely on the goodwill of MYB Casino.
Personally, I think there is zero chance he gets fully paid. But maybe there is a small chance that he will receive at least parts of his remaining balance.Comment -

#271Congrats on the $84K and I hope you get the rest.
I do see the Take the Bank slot on Betanysports.I also see one called Take Santa's Shop. I'm not sure if that's the same as Take Santa's Bank. How much did you bet per spin with your initial deposit?
Thanks.Comment -

#273What are you talking about? No grave being dug whatsoever. I played 7-10 slot games over a 9-month period. Two different Operators of those games (Betsoft and Nucleus) I lost a ton of money in many, many sessions. Amounts of those losses that are more than you can imagine. Reels of wealth...massive losses....Book of Darkness....massive losses......Fairies....massive losses......Take Santa's Shop...big losses.....Take the Bank......big losses. In the end, I got lucky and had a winning balance overall. All it is. Luck, period.

#274by some people's viewpoint, if they found any type of systematic +EV opportunity, they should not take it because it is exploitative play. So if 5 years ago they won 100k on correlated parlays then this would be a self-policing activity, that the player should have immediately alerted the book about, right? He shouldn't be paid then right? Shitty live betting apps that are easy to beat also fall under this nebulous set of rules? No, they ****** up, and are responsible for the results of their software, unless they can prove he used inside information to exploit a flaw. In which case, PROVIDE HIM WITH THE EVIDENCE. You don't get it both ways.
But all of the above doesn't prevent me from using logic and math to figure out what most likely happened here.Comment -

#277According to @Crusherrr, he informed Bovada of a defect which led to huge profits and it took them over a year to patch it. So not necessarily. I'm sure it's a cost/benefit decision. There may not be many people who figure it out, and they know how to catch people who do.Comment -

I don't recall the average bet when the deposit was made. That was back in June, 2020. IDK, may $1-3 per spin. Don't really know though.Comment
