Hello to SBR forum.

I am a newbie here, and good advices are welcome.

I have a problem with this bookmaker. They refuse to pay my winnings without a real reason, and have now closed my account.

Do you have suggestions what to do?

What is the reason they are trying to use?

First they accused that I was using some kind of malware software when I make live bets. When I explained and even showed that it is not possible in their system, they tried something else and send me an email:

1. " You are using professional knowledge when making bets ".
2. " You are making small bets when losing and bigger bets when winning ".
3. " You have an account on another gambling site, and there your bets are limited ".

So, they say that I have had bad faith with my bets and thus unfair advantage over other players. What is this, betting against who?

Those three things I mentioned are also not forbidden in their betting rules, I checked that and took copy of their rules. I see no reason to close my account and take my money.

Any ideas how to proceed?
