Hi there, first time posting here. I have an issue with Williamhill. On the 19th and 20th of december I placed 4 bets on a ufc event. I placed 4 bets on Tom Breese to beat Omari Akhmedov in last nights UFC event for a total of $478. A couple of days before the event took place I noticed WilliamHill had voided those bets. I am not sure why they did that, but anyway I was fine with it since I had already kind of wanted to switch sides so I used the money of the voided bets to place on other bets.
To my surprise WilliamHill reinstated the previously cancelled bets AFTER the event took place. So they uncancelled the voided bets and retroactively reinstated the bets after Tom Breese lost, and now graded those bets as a loss. This is completely scummy of course., and I am pretty sure if Tom Breese would have won they would have never paid out. So they effectively freerolled my bets. But when I talk to the williamhill support they seem to think this is completely normal behaviour. In 20 years of betting I have never seen anything like this. If William Hill would have reinstated the bets well before the fight took place I would have understood but this is completely unacceptable.

What do you guys think?, can sportsbooks just cancel bets and then uncancel them after the event in case of a loss?
