As a general rule, I believe they have gotten rid of the 30 day hold on bonuses some time ago. They did this by secretly updating their terms with no other notification.(not shady since it benefits the players but just strange to have done it semi- secretly)

I used my SBAG one and then BOL just disappeared. Shows cancelled as well.
Not even gonna lie thats pretty hilarious they are cancelling them. Although I'm not too upset because I was going to withdraw from BOL so this would have messed that up for me on there

Free play that I placed is still pending. So I'm sure the ones that didn't qualify but placed a bet are still good.
Although- the rollover on my free play is gone. So that's interesting. Maybe when they "fixed" the system error they wiped my rollover

Yeah I had a $75 FP and when I tried to bet it rejected the bet and said I had $0 available. Wasn't the first time they did a "Whoops my bad, you aren't supposed to have that"

I'm curious on why we got varying amounts of FP if we weren't supposed to have them? It would of been one thing if they threw everyone $50 and says "oops we're taking that back". but they gave us varying amounts. Kinda bizarre

BOL live chat said I was ineligible because of a recent withdrawal. So why give it to me in the first place? Not the first time their inept Marketing Dept screwed up and won't be the last. Sadly, what was meant to be a goodwill gesture is having just the opposite effect.

Case in point why I don't use them or sister book anymore. Any issue is such a headache to sort out with their support. Not worth the aggravation.

They said they will restore freeplay in next 24 hours.
Would be nice if the chat was faster.
They might of restored mine because they know I am not gonna roll it over and cashout.
