#41Well now I have two deposits to my Neteller account from this horrible bookie over their limit 10000USD,so they are declined.As I do not neearly have given up yet I have also wrote to Tottenham about their sponsor's activity and that they are not willing to pay what the owe their customers,which is bad morale and exept of this illegal(I hope that I have understood right that Mansion88 is their sponsor).
If the money not soon is on my account surely someone somewhere can be intersted in giving this bookie some bad publicity.And today I have got a mail from Mansion88,very surprisingly as they do not mail people that are not customers.And now they require a scrrenshot copy of my Neteller details too be able to work on my deposit.
This is the strangest bookie I have been using,and in the early days I used some real weird ones.Comment -

I am one of the 3 original players who filed a complaint to SBR for the delay in receiving my money after my account is closed. I am glad to hear that herald and Noby have received all of their money. Unfortunately for me, I am currently in status quo, and is still waiting.
I have stayed quiet through out the process hoping to give Mansion88 more time and benefit of the doubt in processing the withdrawal. I had initially requested a moneybooker withdrawal. All my deposits and withdrawal previously have been done using this method. I was told that since my balance is in excess of a certain amount, they wanted to do an international bank transfer instead. This will save them some money but in turn will cost me more to receive the funds. Although it is more inconvenient for me, I still obliged and sent in my relevant banking information. I was hoping that this is a sign that once they received my banking information, the withdrawal will be processed.
As I checked with the live chat today, I finally lost my patience as I was told that my withdrawal won't be processed until Oct. The reason given is that my account is waiting for management's approval for the payout and no one really know when that is going to happen. Live chat can only relay messages they hear from the payment team. When I asked to talk with a supervisor, I was told that is not allowed. I am mostly communicating with one specific live chat staff since I don't want to explain my story over and over again. He had been as helpful as he can be but all he can do is relay messages given to him by his supervisor and payout team. So right now, there is really nothing I can do but wait.
I still have faith that I will be receiving the money, but it sure is frustrating and time consuming to be chasing after them for updates every few days. If anyone has any suggestions as to what I can do, please let me know.

#51if i remember correctly, when my account was still open that was a general error that occured every so often. after a while it's fixed.
when your account is closed, you will be blocked from entering your entire account, not just the sportsbook.Comment -
