Betonline Megacontest payouts????????????????

Yeah, no real response. Being around the bush...avoiding the truth of the matter basically. They said they were still calculating the winners and payouts. That is false because it takes about 5 minutes to figure out the winners and their is only 1 payout split to two players. There is another reason that they just aren't being forthcoming about.

Oh, ok. So they still haven't declared a winner yet. Disappointing with the delay but you have no choice but I'd think that you just need to be patient and allow them the time that they need. Good luck with this.

Bro it’s a scam. They will not pay you. Look at my thread. Same issue. BS reason 48 hours ... blah blah blah. They hope you don’t screenshot the leaderboard list so they have no proof. Never play there and should be a C book.

Just an update with this issue. I sent a couple more emails to Betonline and called 2 times and spoke with 2 different representatives. Each time I was told my issue was being escalated and an email was going to be sent to me explaining what was going on. Finally this morning I was told by phone when I called that Betonline was trying to get in touch with the marketing team of Betonline who was running the contest to see what was the delay in the payment of the prize money in the contest. I was told I would be sent an email with the updates and/or resolution. No email was ever sent but I just logged into my account and noticed the prize money was added to my balance and issue has been resolved. I've been with Betonline for 15+ years with no complaints about them. I'm glad they resolved this matter and did what was right! I still don't know why they delayed in awarding the prize money but at least they awarded it.

Not here. No prize money ever added. No resolution after live chats every single day (after the initial 48hours) for approximately 7 days then I just gave up and filed a complaint. Still waiting
