Have create neteller account 27.02.2020 from india and have succesfully verified and level up at silver vip.
All this days everything was perfect. Transfers and all.
From 27.04.2020 i have changed residence permantly country to Greece. At 01 .05.2020 take email from neteller my account closed:
We are sorry to inform you that during a recent audit of your NETELLER account we found reasonable grounds to discontinue our business relationship.
An administration fee of 150.00 USD has been applied to your account.
For more information on the issue, please refer to section 14.6 Prohibited Transactions of our Terms of Use accepted upon your account registration.
I have sent Bank statement and utility bill from my new residence country Greece to take the amount from neteller via bank.
After this neteller send me this message:
Please be advised that when the account was closed the information there was not updated, consequently in order to provide you with a refund you have to register a bank account from India otherwise we wont be able to return the money back to you.

Have explain again that my permantly country of residence is Greece and i take the same response .
Have ask to send me this rule that them payoyut only at country of register not at of country of residence and i didnt get response.
How i will take my amount now please?? I didnt live more in India and i I want to take the amount at living Country permantly Greece.
Please i need your help here.Im in very difficult economic situation and i need my amount from neteller urgently.
