I was sent an email Wed 10-21-20 with the 20 Thanks bonus, called them and they assured me yes you will get the bonus ... So I sent my money and they will not honor my bonus ... email was sent out Wed I had a cash out made ,A couple days before email was sent Thats why they want give me bonus .. nothing said in email about that .. so email comes to me Days after my cash out And you want honor the bonus ... betonline did but sportsbetting want ... Poor service said I should have read terms .. I said it bonus offer hit my email after the cash out they acted like communist with no mercy .. I feel horrible

Yes I had the same thing with DSI Diamond back in the day. The T&C were clear that the freeplay is lost on a push - but I spent about 2 hours in various chat sessions trying to work out if the freeplay was lost on a void/cancel - specifically where a listed pitcher did not start. None of the management were able to definitively answer and therefore I did not risk the freeplay on MLB.Comment -

In my experience the live chat operators of all sportsbooks - even A or A+ - are simply not equipped to answer any detailed questions relating to T&C issues. You must study the T&C regarding bonuses and settlements issues (e.g. T&C relating to last wd for bonuses and T&C relating to events being postponed) - and draw your own conclusions as to what the status of your bonus or wager-grading will be. The live chat operators simply do not have the wherewithall to interpret these clauses and even if they give an (uninformed) opinion on chat - at the end of the day an interpretation by management of the wording of the various clauses will take precedence. In the example given above - "Freeplays are lost where a push or tie results" - and my query about whether a listed pitcher change or a postponement > 24 hours constitutes a "push" or not - and the operators' failure to address my questions - I decided to err on the side of caution and avoid any sport where this eventuality was likely to happenComment -

All sportsbooks treat pushes this way on freeplays. If they've lost you as a customer because of this, then any sportsbook would have lost you for the same reason.
