    Same thing happened to me and the book was definitely not held accountable. They claimed they couldn't verify my driver's license, selfie, bill, and mail so they not only voided my balance but they also refuse to give me back my deposits. Sent me the generic email saying I violated terms 3 weeks after the fact and would not give me any reason whatsoever on how. Accountability is non existent!

      Why come to this thread and quote me quoting someone else and taking mine out of context? The player in this case was advocating only taking the side of a player and never a book. Which was an absolutely ridiculous statement. You want to comment on that? Surely you agree. But instead you respond to my response and take it out of context to support yourself.

      In your thread there are more than enough people saying that the book should be held accountable. Whether or not you feel you are getting enough attention is another story, and I suppose that's why you're posting in this thread too.

              Can't you be at least a little bit subtle about being a no integrity crook that is saying what you're saying now because you weren't defended in your other thread?

              If you aren't, you should try to not take this line. It's what all of the no integrity crooks say. It smells from a mile away. We get it, things aren't going your way, but again this is the childish line that ALL of the crooks say, and very rarely ANYONE else.

                  Please try not to confuse each others threads with cross topic arguing.

                  I bumped this one to ask the OP if he is sorted out now. I think he is but was hoping for confirmation.

                    That looks like the past tense to me. Yet his case is still in progress. If it turns out that he's telling the truth about providing a valid government ID, I'll be first in line to chew out Bovada over this one. He has a separate thread, he has an open case, and it's being looked at.

                      Sorry it's been a while since I posted, but was wanting everyone to know that everything ended up getting sorted out, and I was paid in full. Still not happy with how the situation paid out, mostly because of the lack of reasoning I was given while I was waiting. But in the end I have been paid and that's all that matters.
