    Bookmaker betpoints/diamond status
Hey guys. I’ve been using Bookmaker since last year and was recently trying to figure out when/if I would get upgraded to diamond.

I saw somewhere that you get upgraded upon 300k points per 12 month period. Is this information outdated? I have easily surpassed that amount, so is this upgrade automatic or no?

So does anyone know how this works these days? I’m trying to avoid an account review because I’d rather stay platinum forever than lose the points completely.

    Thanks in advance.

It appears Bookmaker's live chat has vanished. I don't see any way to even contact them about a question.

When I used them I believe it changed automatically. They then took them away literally about a week later after I gained that status. o think it’s very hard to be diamond and “recreational”

Lol. Why does that not surprise me. Does anyone in here have diamond status?

the perks arent that big of a difference. for 30,000 betpoints, you get $217 for diamond versus $195 for platinum. also, if you select 20% bonus its only 5x rollover. it's not worth it to ask them to upgrade you and risking your account be reviewed by some trigger happy manager.

            They still have chat.

This works 99% of the time at any random online sportsbook. If you want to chat with someone, go to their cashier. There is almost always a chat option in the cashier. The last thing they want you to do is get frustrated and leave their site without making a deposit!

This is probably a good opportunity to remind everyone to use your BetPoints on a regular basis, especially if you know that you're a winning bettor. You never know when they will disable promotions on your account, causing you to lose whatever points you have saved up. My buddy lost $50 worth of points a couple weeks ago even though I reminded him to look out for this.

I agree, it’s not worth it, but disagree about it being a significant difference.

The $715 for 90k points would be an extra $130 vs the $195 for 30k pts.

I’m barely better than even on BM this year. Without betpoints and bonus $$ I’d be down, so the extra $130/90k pts would probably double my ROI, lol.

I’ve heard stories of this, but thought they would typically honor points currently in your account, if requested.

Yes, I've read that too. But they refused my request as well as my buddy's. Why risk it? Use your points in a timely fashion.

Has been like that for weeks for me. Another one of their quirky bugs. It does work for me when I'm not logged in though, so log out and you will see the chatbox. Or use another window/browser and chat there if you don't want to log out from main window. Or try the cashier like somone else suggested, don't need to log out for that.

How do you redeem these? I see them sitting there, but don't know how to cash them in.
