Question about bovada live college football betting grading

I made live betting money line on Oklahoma sooners. It was 2 way.

THey went to overtime and won.

Bovada graded it as push.

Do they grade only regulation for live betting in college football?

I didn't think so;;;

trying to contact them about it but their call don't work and chat says representatives are not available.

Go to the Bovada Community and the moderators will help you 100x faster than the Live Chat. The same thing happened to me and it was graded a Push. It's because their scoreboard locked the score up at 31-31 when it went to OT. I contacted a moderator in the community and it was fixed in less than 2 minutes
