BookMaker — Site issues

Just had a long conversation with Danny, the night time supervisor at Bookmaker. We were discussing the issues with the site and the multiple emails with screenshots, that I have sent to several of the supervisors at Bookmaker. I was told that I was the only one having any issues at all, which is why they never responded...

I almost shit my pants.... I read day after day on forums about the same issues people are having with the site.... yet I am the only one who is having any problems..


Hahahahaha I couldn’t believe it... what has happened to this book??? Where did all the integrity with this site go??? The guy straight up lied to me lol

Thats what all the books always say.

I couldn't log in at all for about an hour and site wasn't loading on a book that I usually play in

I call them and the guy tells me nothing has been reported its my internet problem

i go to sleep wake up try to log in still same problem and call them again.

THey tell me they are having technical difficulty.

They always blame you while they are figuring out what the penetrate is wrong

Same here....complete joke. They really need to overhaul their website and security/access. Forget freezing now lines arent even loading.
This is a big book? What are we going on 1-2 months now?

my dad has had issues off and on since football has started. that is a total lie you are the only one with issues. he has told live chat at least 3 times.

Forget about bookmaker, guess Heritage is the place to go to now, don't hear many problems there.

Currently they have all but one game locked for soccer every uefa nations league locked...so much for taking any action...

I been having same issues and I chat with danny also and he was like we be back soon. bookmaker is falling apart..
