Jazzsport bet cancel

Placed bet on MLB Cardinals - Brewers, game #2 on 25/09/2020 with pitchers Lindblom and Ponce de Leon. Bet 1385 usd to win 1282 usd on Cardinals. Game was normally completed and no pitchers change was made, Cardinals won 9:1. Jazzsport cancelled this bet (no bet) and my winnings were not credited.

In chat I got this answer: ...the reason why that your bet shows as canceled is because that game 921-922 was canceled because names were flipped, so a new game was done by DonBest with the number 937-938. Home team was showing as visitor team.

Cardinals played at their stadium however they were away team in this game #2 because game from Milwaukee must be played.

So they just made this mistake with teams flipped. There was no bad line or inaccurate line and so no reason to cancel the game. I did not get any message game is cancelled and several hours later it was still shown in my open bets.

I made chat with middle management, they admitted it was and error on Donbest and at first offered some compensation in free play and also get in touch with upper management to credit my bet in full. They however made terrible decision, no credit on winning bet and also close my account.

It is clear game should not be cancelled and I should get my winnings. I already made complaint (09/26/2020 - 07:28:29pm), SBR can you check and help me please.

I must say was very satisfied with Jazzsport till now, my best site.

Money line odds were correct with both teams, just they list away team in first line and home in second and they flipped this. No bad or inaccurate odd line and no reason game was cancelled. They admitted it was and error on Donbest. I haven't done anything wrong but still did not get winnings. Lost whole amount on same game at other bookie. Did not get any message game is cancelled, several hours later it was still shown in my open bets so no chance for me to do anything.

No reason said for closing my account. If you have time please looked at all correspondence I've sent to you.

You keep saying that there was no inaccurate line info, but home/away is a critical piece of information to get wrong. I would expect a sportsbook to void a mistake like this once discovered, and re-post a correct line if time still allows.

To clear situation, which was unusual. Game was played at Busch stadium in St. Louis, home place of Cardinals. So actually Cardinals played at home however because they have to replace game from Milwaukee, Cardinals was named for this game away team.

At the time I placed bet ( Cardinals -108) I checked 4 other bet sites and Cardinals were favorite everywhere including Pinnacle sport ( Cardinals -113, Brewers +106). Odds were similar on every bet site even those who did not flipped team (Cardinals favorite). So Jazzsport had correct money lines odds for both teams, they were not flipped. Only rows with teams were flipped. That is why I'm keep saying that there was no inaccurate line info.

However I would like to accept any corrected odds from them just to be credited with winning. As told I lost similar amount on money on other book site, where I made bet on Brewers.

My account was probably closed because I argumentative with them. As wrote before:

normal situation. was supposed to be canceled. you have a case if they didn't cancel losing wagers. they shouldn't be held responsible for outlier books that made the wrong decision and graded bets on the game.

you were treated fairly. what else do you want? mistakes happen, that's all this was, and it was handled correctly.

Fairlay had Game 1 reversed and didn't cancel. They use Pinnacle rules which state it's only a cancel if venue change after bets are placed. Rule 12.7 in General Rules
