We do have exchanges where market makers make the market like in stocks. They're called sports books.

It'll happen in the crypto space eventually. A single global market, great liquidity, low fees.

Agreed. Every bettor with any interest in tracking progress toward this glorious day should be somewhat informed by what's happening with Ethereum.

Parts of this book were over my head, but the authors do a good job of explaining the overall possibilities of smart contracts as well as speaking to people with the chops to get their hands dirty building us the frictionless global markets we all see as the shit.
