I have had an account with them for a long time but haven’t used them in at least 6-7 years. Always played on bookmaker and 5d but with 5dimes no longer servicing US customers I decided to log into my heritage account and see in the cashier section it just says bitcoin deposits but doesn’t have any menu to click anywhere to start the process. Do I have to go through customer service if this is the first time using crypto to deposit with them?

#3I didn't use them for awhile after winning from them about 2k.
about a year of absence I decided to try them again but couldn't log in saying please contact customer service.
THey told me I need to deposit over $500 to just get access to site again.
I said " hell no!"
never had that experience them telling you to deposit certain amount to get the account back.
Plus there customer service is horrible. Always pissed off
THey dont deserve A+. B+ at bestComment -

#6If you make one credit card deposit, you still have to go thru all the bullshit with uploading photo ID, utility bill, then fill out their credit card application EVEN if you plan on using bitcoin going forward just to able to withdrawal via bitcoin, Also none of this is declared to you when you deposit. I don't know, their always seems to be one surprise after another with this place.Comment -

If you use a Cred Card, you get KYCed. Even if you change your mind and use bitcoin instead after that. Normal..Comment -

#10I have only used btc there and they still required a photo ID and utility bill to withdraw. This seems to be becoming more and more common. I recently withdrew from youwager and betnow and they both required it too.
I don't like it, but it's not out of the norm.Comment -

#11I hadn’t used Heritage in two or three years, but started using them again after the 5Dimes bs. Just got a bitcoin payout today, didn’t have to re-provide anything. I’ll also add I have been pretty satisfied with using them. Bitcoin deposits credit quickly and the withdrawal I requested at 1 am was out to me by about 9:30 am, no phone call or email or any other bullshit to jump through (just a simple text verification code), and none of these things was I used to. You could save a few cents at Dimes but I didn’t realize how lacking they are in banking efficiency and how much difference it makes to your overall experience. There is life after 5Dimes after allComment -

#15What is heritage value proposition or reason to play there? -108 lines arent that exciting i can get still beat line using fairlay exchange or other bitcoin books. cashback to me isnt that exciting. what do I get 73 cents after I lose $500. Bonuses suck... like 10% 5 x rollover. wtf is that.
Wish they'd drop the occasional 100% free play with big rollover like they used to back in the day. I'm big time down money at heritage, so not sure why they haven't tried to lure me back.Comment -
